Great location by the beach but overall service is inconsistent

Cons:

The front desk woke me up when I was fast asleep in the middle of the night for a room service order I didn’t place. They didn’t offer an apology for this and it ruined my sleep

Pros:

El desayuno muy completo y todo el tiempo están reponiendo. Hacen tapiocas, omeletes y wafles. La habitación muy cómoda y en general todo muy bien. Esta muy bien ubicado, frente a la playa y en la noche hay muy buena movida de bares y restaurantes.

Serviços, café da manha, restaurante, piscina...tudo ótimo

Cons:

- A logística do estacionamento não é boa. Vc chega no hotel e não é garantido que terão vagas, caso tenha, o valor da diária é de R$70. Estava com meus pais, em 2 carros, e vaga apenas para um. O outro tivemos que parar no estacionamento público da praia de Iracema, que fica um pouco distante do hotel e o valor astronômico de R$150 a diária.
- A recepção é quase sempre cheia, especialmente no check-out, fica uma loucura para conseguir fazer o in e out.
