Localização ótima e local bom para passar apenas 1 ou no máximo 2 dias.
Pros:

A localização é o ponto-chave do Hotel. Em frente a Beira-Mar, próximo da feirinha!

A cama é confortável.

Cons:

A estrutura do hotel é bem antiga, elevador minúsculo que cabe apenas duas pessoas (com as malas fica quase impossível caber as duas), o banheiro é horrível, pelas fotos não dá para perceber o quão apertado o box do chuveiro é! Pequeno, apertado, desconfortável. Disponibilizam apenas 3 barrinhas pequenas de sabonete. O café da manhã é muito sem graça, não há atendentes para limpar a mesa, quando você chega todas as mesas estão sujas e com louças na mesa dos hóspedes que tomaram café antes de você.
O frigobar quando você chega é completamente vazio, tem que ligar pra recepção para pedir alguma coisa, zero praticidade.

Pros:

Hospedei em 2 quartos, devido ter chegado antes do dia, ambos os quartos estavam reformados, são aconchegantes, a equipe da recepção e as camareiras são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O quarto estava sempre limpo. O café da manhã é razoável.

Cons:

O café da manhã tem alguns pontos que poderiam melhorar, tem muita variedade de bolo, mais não tinha tapioca todos os dias, se viável para logística do hotel poderiam oferecer um cardápio com algumas opções de tapioca para solicitar na cozinha. As frutas deveriam ser apresentadas de uma forma melhor, sem a casca e em pedaços menores.

Pelo custo benefício tem outros hotéis melhores. Único ponto positivo do hotel é a localização

Cons:

No quarto que fiquei hospedado havia uma porta que estava bloqueada com um banco e que dava acesso a outro compartimento que não fazia ideia do que seria. Café da manhã com poucas opções e deixou muito a desejar.
