Teleurstellende kamers! Wel mooi pand van de buitenkant en vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Bedden erg zacht (dat is persoonlijk natuurlijk. Geen ventilatie op de kamer wat zelf te regelen was. Ook geen raam dat open kon waardoor het erg warm was (ook in de nacht)! Daarnaast de kamer naast een trap heel erg gehorig. Elk persoon die de trap op of af is gekomen is te horen in de kamer.

Veel te duur voor het geleverde.

Ontbijt was oke, locatie is heel goed.
Personeel was ik minder tevreden over.

Cons:

Ik had twee kamers geboekt, een week van tevoren kreeg ik telefoon of ik vier kamers nodig had, want die waren blijkbaar vastgelegd. Gezegd dat ik er maar twee geboekt had en dus ook maar twee nodig heb.
De dame aan de telefoon ging dat in orde maken, maar toen we aankwamen was het probleem niet opgelost. Het koste redelijk veel moeite om dit op te lossen. Plus de prijs voor een eenpersoonskamer en een twee persoonskamer zijn dezelfde.

Pros:

Good central location, good breakfast. Room is a good size.

Cons:

Could not open the room's windows - and room got quite stuffy. The Hotel is very spread out - lots of stairs up and down to get anywhere. We took a shortcut through the restaurant to save 100m of walking.
