Pros:

Wir waren bereits zum 3ten Mal in diesem wirklich bemerkenswerten Hotel! Eine geschichtsträchtige charmante luxuriöse Wohlfühloase, dafür sorgen nicht nur das herausragende Personal, vom Zimmermädchen bis zum Page, sondern auch der wunderschöne Spa-Bereich, ebenso punktet der Speisesaal mit einem üppigen Buffet und die stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmer. Abgerundet wird das ganze durch die wunderschöne Lage. Luxus pur zum Seele baumeln lassen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!!

Piękny i elegancki pobyt w legendarnym Grandhotelu Pupp
Grandhotel Pupp to prawdziwie wyjątkowy hotel, przepięknie położony w samym sercu Karlowych Warów. Dzięki swojej ponadczasowej elegancji, bogatej historii i niezwykłej atmosferze doskonale oddaje urok oraz wyrafinowany charakter tego malowniczego miasta.

Sam hotel jest absolutnie zachwycający. Jego majestatyczna architektura, niepowtarzalny klimat i historyczny charakter sprawiają, że pobyt w tym miejscu staje się wyjątkowym doświadczeniem.

Na szczególne uznanie zasługuje personel hotelu — niezwykle uprzejmy, profesjonalny i zawsze gotowy do pomocy. Obsługa na każdym etapie pobytu była dyskretna, serdeczna i reprezentowała bardzo wysoki poziom. Również dbałość o czystość i najmniejsze detale zasługuje na pochwałę. Pokoje były utrzymane w nienagannym stanie.

Kolejnym wyjątkowym elementem naszego pobytu były doznania kulinarne. Jedzenie było znakomite, jednak szczególnie zachwyciła nas kolacja w hotelowej restauracji. Każde danie było doskonale przygotowane, a profesjonalna i niezwykle uprzejma obsługa sprawiła, że wieczór ten stał się jeszcze bardziej niezapomniany.

Cons:

Początkowo zarezerwowaliśmy pokój standardowy, jednak widok z okna okazał się dość rozczarowujący. Biorąc pod uwagę prestiż hotelu oraz poziom cen, uważam, że nawet pokoje kategorii standardowej powinny oferować nieco wyższy standard, szczególnie pod względem widoku i ogólnego komfortu pobytu.

Zdecydowaliśmy się więc na zmianę pokoju na apartament, oczywiście za dodatkową opłatą, i była to zdecydowanie trafna decyzja. Apartament okazał się przepiękny, elegancki, przestronny, a widok z okien znacznie przyjemniejszy, co sprawiło, że nasz pobyt stał się jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowy.

Kleiner Ausflug in vergangene Zeiten
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, um Karlsbad zu erkunden, sehr praktisch, wenn auch teuer, ist der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel, vor allem, wenn man wie wir, auf einer Rundreise war. Das Hotel ist sehr imposant, wir waren in den "günstigen Zimmern" im Gartenflügel untergebracht (mit eigenem Eingang) und hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten zur Waldseite. Es war ein bisschen dunkel, das hat uns aber nicht gestört (wir wussten es aufgrund anderer Beschreibungen und haben es bewusst gebucht), da wir uns nicht viel im Zimmer aufgehalten haben. Der Komfort des Zimmer war sehr gut, die Betten sehr bequem und da es ein bisschen kühl im Zimmer war, hat uns das Personal mit einem Heizlüfter sofort ausgeholfen. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr imposant, man spürt den früheren Glanz noch deutlich. Das Personal war rundum freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und sehr umfassend und ansprechend präsentiert.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück wird unterschieden, ob Gartenflügel oder Riverside, jeder hat seine eigenen Räumlichkeiten und man darf nicht wechseln. Der Frühstücksraum im Gartenflügel ist sehr schön, der im Riverside noch prächtiger. Das SPA ist einfach nicht dem Andrang der Menschen gewachsen. Es ist viel zu klein dimensioniert. Es gibt viel zu wenig Liegeflächen innen und auch in der Sauna gibt es viel zu wenig Ablageflächen und Ruhemöglichkeiten. Dies führt ganz klar zu Punktabzug, denn der Hotelaufenthalt ist trotz Buchung im Gartenflügel nicht billig.

Pros:

Durchweg alles. Das Einchecken, das zuvorkommende aber nicht aufdringliche Personal, das Frühstück..aber ganz besonders der Flair und das Ambiente im Haus. Wir waren sehr beeindruckt, auch davon wie hier alt und neu verbunden werden und wie es das Grandhotel geschafft hat, so viele tolle Angebote wie verschiedene Restaurants und Zimmerkategorien/Dependancen auf so einem hohen Standard zu betreiben ohne dass dabei der ursprüngliche Charme des Hotels verloren geht.
Auch toll fanden wir das diverse Publikum, über ältere Leute, Familien mit Kindern, Leite die mit ihrer Katze verreisen haben wir alles gesehen.
