Great stay in a historical hotel
Pros:

We are very pleased with the stay. Our room was clean, with perfect outside view and designed to provide a romantic atmosphere. Breakfast is fantastic.

Cons:

Spa felt a bit small, dark and always crowded even in summer. I wonder how it looks like in winter when its cold outside and not much to do otherwise.

V hotelu jsme nenašli klid a pohodu a ani s námi nepočítali z večeří a poslali nás ke konkurenci.

Krásný hotel na krásném místě, ale to je málo pro tak populární hotel.

Cons:

Arogantní recepční a z důvodu reprodukce techno hudby pod našimi okny jsme předčasně hotel opustili.

To był już nasz kolejny pobyt w Grandhotelu Pupp i za każdym razem wyjeżdżamy zachwyceni. To hotel, do którego wraca się z ogromną przyjemnością. Zachwyca dbałość o każdy, nawet najmniejszy szczegół – od pięknego zapachu unoszącego się na korytarzach, po nastrojową muzykę w windzie, która tworzy wyjątkowy klimat. Personel jest niezwykle profesjonalny i serdeczny. Podróżowaliśmy z dziećmi i czekały na nie kosmetyki oraz miły prezent, co było bardzo sympatycznym gestem. Wszystkie nasze prośby zostały spełnione bez najmniejszego problemu. Śniadania są absolutnie wyśmienite – ogromny wybór, najwyższa jakość produktów i wszystko przepyszne. Dodatkowo hotel ma doskonałą lokalizację. To miejsce naprawdę wyjątkowe.

Nie mamy absolutnie żadnych zastrzeżeń. Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie.

Good and safe parking place and staff game bring our bags for car to room. Berkfast is very good. Good location jogging with dog and dog friendly hotel.

Cons:

The bed was very hard. Airconnection floor 4 lazy, outside max +22 and inside ower +25. Spa Fransiska is little and cold water. Hotel bar need reservation and not been open every day.
