Pros:

Everything was amazing. On top of the hotel being great, everyone was wonderful. I had to quickly change hotels after an unsettling incident involving the hotelkeeper and my young students at a different hotel outside of Liberec. I had to quickly move 13 students and 3 teachers to a new location. The staff here was amazingly helpful. The students loved the hotel, and so did I.

Waren gern nach 40 Jahren an einem Ort der Jugend und haben nette Menschen getroffen.
Pros:

Super Frühstück, tolle zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme und auch über das Internet waren deutschsprachige Sender oder Sendungen nicht zu sehen.

Semplice e confortevole soggiorno in pieno centro
Pros:

Parcheggio ampio e sicuro in centro, abbastanza facile da trovare. Personale gentile. Unica pecca, i letti songoli: presentavano una spopnda abbastanza alta e poco visibile, quindi salendo o scendendo dal letto dalla parte sbagliata ho predso un paio di botte sullo stinco. Per il resto tutto pulito, tranquillo, direttamente in centro ad un prezzo affordabile, parcheggio compreso (al contrario di altri hotel, che pur costando di più, ti offrono il parcheggio in strada "dove c'è posto" o un parcheggio a pagamento a prezzi folli.

Snídaně byla luxusní. Moc hodný personál. Měli jsme v restauraci výbornou večeři. Mužů jen doporučit.

Pros:

Měla jsem objednaný pobyt bez snídaně, lokalita super. Poskytnuté informace na recepci. Opakované ubytování. Nemám co vytknout.

místo - v centru, blízko na hezkou večerní procházku

Cons:

Problém s parkováním, nelze rezervovat, při příjezdu plné, nebyli mi schopni poradit kam zaparkovat. :-( Po únavné cestě to nebyl příjemný začátek pobytu.
Večer restaurace zavřená, nešlo se najíst přímo v hotelu.

Dobré místo, čistota ok.
Pros:

Komunikace personálu, čistota pokoje, skvělá snídaně.

Cons:

Pokoj De Luxe byl vs mé očekávání a ceny ne zcela optimální, jak velikostí, tak vybavením. Ale chválím čistotu. Parkování u hotelu za poplatek, ale málo místa :-(
