La atención del camarero del restaurante/terraza muy agradable y atento con los huéspedes
La habitación era amplia y estaba bastante limpia
El ruido por la noche. Se oía todas las conversaciones de las terrazas contiguas porque nuestra puerta de la terraza no funcionaba y no se podía cerrar.
Al no cerrarse, por la noche con la luz entraron bichos voladores.
El spa es muy flojito, no tiene una buena relación calidad/precio
El entorno es bonito, pero no tiene absolutamente ningún servicio y en el pueblo de Tejeda, a 15 minutos en coche lleno de curvas, solo están operativos de 10:00 a 17:00

Stunning location and out of this world views from our standard room, what more could we ask for? My 88 year father and I (51) shared a twin bed room and both felt it was one of the best hotels we had ever stayed in.
Comfortable room and beds, large balcony and floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views that literally stretch for miles all the way to Tenerife in the west, over which the sun sets and produces some amazing sunsets.
The hotel has the most gorgeous interior in the old building where the reception and lounge is, which never seemed to have anyone in it, which surprised me. Beautiful furniture, artwork, nothing brash, nothing in your face, just solid, understated, subtle and comfortable.
Reception staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room attendants cleaned the room and made the beds perfectly daily. Great wifi signal in the room and in other areas.
The dining room, which also serves as the breakfast room, is one of the absolute highlights of the hotel: huge high ceiling space, floor to ceiling windows with a huge terrace outside with an adjustable awning to protect against the sun, with remote blinds on the windows which are adjusted as the sun sets. The menu was good, could have had a bit more choice but it was fine for us for the four nights we were staying there as we had a chance to try most of the main courses. We had some excellent local Gran Canaria white wines. The cold mango soup with anchovy was outstanding, and we had that two days in a row. Service was a bit slow as the number of waiting staff was limited but they were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was super, a massive choice of food.
The spa was well worth the extra expense, it’s clean, well designed and the views from the pool and terrace, as well as the outdoor jacuzzi.
Being high up in the mountains in the pine forest you can smell the pine scent in the air, which makes for an even more special experience.

L'absence de chambre communicante car nous étions une famille de 4 personnes. Nous avons pu avoir des chambres côte à côte

El servicio de comedor en cuanto al personal estupendo, pero la comida escasa con muchos retraso y relación calidad précio la puntuaría como cara.
En cuanto a la habitación, creo que las habitaciones en cuestión de pintura podrían mejorar bastante.
Opvallend netjes en goed onderhouden. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is dan ook zeer goed. Spa was ook goed. 1.5uur gaat dan toch sneller dan verwacht. Ontbijt was goed. Niet gebruik gemaakt van het dinner. Wel van de cafetaria/cafe. Hier was het eten goed.
