Das Hotel hat unglaubliches Potential, allein schon wegen seiner einzigartigen Lage.
Pros:

Die großen Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Der Blick in die riesige Caldera ist einzigartig. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig. Der gigantische Sternenhimmel wäre mit ausgeschalteten Strahlern auf der Terrasse noch wesentlich besser zu sehen. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist landestypisch und gut sortiert. Das an Hotel und Terrasse angegliederte Bistro ist ein angenehmer Ort für den Nachmittagskaffee, den Sundowner und/oder das Abendessen. Das Hotel ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Wanderungen in der Umgebung.

Cons:

Der Zusatzpreis für die 90-minütige Nutzung des Wellnessbereiches ist mit € 35,00.-/Person deutlich zu hoch angesetzt. Vmtl. deshalb war dieser Bereich sehr oft ungenutzt. Die Wasserhähne in den Bädern sind viel zu kurz. Somit musste ständig die zwangsläufige Überschwemmung weggewischt werden. Die Bäder sind insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Silikonfugen etc.). Der Speise- und Frühstückssaal wirkt aufgrund seiner Größe und enormen Raumhöhe relativ ungemütlich. Außerdem sorgte die viel zu kühle Raumluft ( Klimaanlage ) offenbar bei mehreren Gästen für eine Erkältung.

The view, location, the bed and the balcony, the breakfast. It is just a very nice and wel maintained hotel in a great location with amazing views. The star gazing activity was also very nice and well worth the price.

Logement spacieux et très calme. Restaurant et petit déjeuner au top !

Cons:
