Pros:

Centrum-locatie bij station. Uitzicht op trams op stationsplein.
Loopafstand naar centrum van Bazel.

Cons:

Moeilijk per auto te bereiken. Parkeergarage in smal straatje.

Even tho it was a quick stay in your dear city, all our needs were met and we had a lovely stay!
Pros:

Loved that we were so close to train station and yet, no noise from there.
Rooms were fine!
Staff was so friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good and made better by the ladies that served it!

Cons:

Really had no complaints!

Csalódott visszatérő vendég.
Cons:

Az ablaküveg nagyon piszkos volt.
A zuhany hőfokszabályzója nem működött, hol hideg, hol forró víz jött a csapból.
Az utóbbi években többször szálltam meg itt de ezt nem tapasztaltam.
Nagy csalódás volt

Hôtel bien, resto très décevant
Pros:

La climatisation au vu de la chaleur, les petites mignardises de bienvenue vraiment top

Cons:

Le service au restaurant nul pour 4*. Le serveur parle pas bien anglais, on a commandé un apéro (plateau de nourriture) , jamais reçu, dommage on aurait pris une bonne bouteille de vin avec.
On a dû aller 4 fois au bar pour aller chercher le serveur alors qu’il y avait 2 clients. Bon mais peu dans l’assiette.

Pros:

We wilden een hotel dicht bij het station, en dat was dit. Maar op de kamer had je weinig "last " van het stationsplein

Cons:

In de eetzaal staan de tafels erg (te) dicht op elkaar. Is soms bijna geen ruimte om er tussendoor te kunnen gaan

Der Aufenthalt, zwei Nächte 700.- CHF war vollkommen überbezahlt. Wir würden dieses (Grand)Hotel nie und niemandem empfe
Pros:

Die Lage beim Bahnhof ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist alt und heruntergekommen. Das schönste ist die Eingangshalle.
Die Zimmer inkl. Nasszelle ist in bedenklichem Zustand. Die Ecken unsauber und schon lange nicht mehr richtig gereinigt worden.

Das Frühstück: Die Angestellte die das Frühstück hätte richten sollen ist nicht zur Arbeit erschienen. Alles war provisorisch platziert, nichts gekühlt, die Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt.
Zu guter Letzt ist noch die Kaffeemaschine ausgestiegen. Die Dame(wahrscheinlich vom Zimmerservice) war völlig überfordert. Wir haben unseren Kaffee dann vom benachbarten Starbucks geholt.

It was alright for a night.
Pros:

Convenient location, friendly staff

Cons:

The room got hot towards the later half of the night thus i had a very bad migraine and could not sleep, room was small and bed too close to the wall so no place to place a waterbottle as there was to night table

Has a lot of potential. Depends on your priorities
Pros:

- nice staff
- clean sheets and towels
- convenient for trams around Basel
- big room with high ceilings
- quiet with zero street noise
- cool. Has ac in the rooms.

Cons:

- The ground floor is not cooled and the doors were open at all times, so it was boiling hot. I mean boiling.
- open doors meant cigarette smoke in the ground floor.
- faint smell of cigarettes coming through the vent system. Ugh.
- this is like a good three star hotel

Perfekte Lage und tolles Frühstück.
Pros:

Super Lage direkt am Bahnhof SBB, tolles Frühstück, sehr nettes und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Zimmer und Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
