Not going back even if they pay me
Pros:

I didn't like the stay at all. The only good thing it was that the stay was only for 1 night

Cons:

The interior is old and worn out, I felt like I was going back in time, the carpets on the floors between the rooms and those in the rooms themselves have old stains. The sanitary acrylic in the bathtub was worn and in places you could see that it was scratched, which made it look like I was in a horror movie. In the breakfast restaurant, the food was not fresh, the cooked eggs, bacon, and pasta had a strange aftertaste, which made the stay even more unpleasant. The free parking is at least 300 meters from the hotel entrance, the actual parking lot in front of the hotel is municipal and paid, but it was empty. Most likely during the winter season it gets full and you pay extra to be closer to the entrance.

Pros:

W cenie pobytu śniadanie i dostęp do strefy spa: sauna i basen. Niska cena drinków w barze przy basenie, smaczne śniadanie, duży hotel, super położenie do wypadów w góry.

Cons:

Niektóre fragmenty już się zepsuły: w moim pokoju przeciekała wanna, przycisk do windy był wyłamany, nie ma klimatyzacji i czajnika w pokoju.

The positives outweighed the negatives.
Pros:

Perfect location, just close to the gondola that takes you to the start of the Musala tour. Perfect Breakfast.

Cons:

None of the radios in the rooms worked, and one of the TV sets in our rooms did not work as well. The wifi was quite weak.

Merita sa faci vacanta aici.
Pros:

Aplasarea hotelului si statiunea, incanta ochiul. Piscina conform asteptarilor, restaurantul atat cel de la etajul 10, cat si cel de la parter, conform asteptarilor. Barul de la parter, cat si cel de la SPA bine aprovizionat si servirea este buna. Calitatea mancarii excelenta. Promit sa revin.

Cons:

Mobilierul este vechi, dat intretinut, baia lasa de dorit, cada, chiuvetele sunt vechi si scurgerea apei este greoaie.
