Pros:

Отлично местоположение! Сградата е представителна за времето си. Внушително фоайе, бързи асансьори и големи стаи. Терасата от 8 етаж предлага чудна гледка към писите и Рила плнина.
Много приятно бяхме изненадани от СПА центъра! Голям басейн 180-140 метра дълбочина с идеална за плуване температура на водата! Много чисто! Предлагат се кърпи, халати и т.н Има няколко вида сауни и дори Кнайп пътека!
Въпреки, че фасадата не е реновирана, отвътре хотела предлага повече от очакваното.

Cons:

Вечерята. Решението да вечеряме в ресторанта се оказа грешка. В 4 звездният хотел не са включени никакви напитки за вечеря. И под никакви, разбирайте абсолютно никакви! Дори вода! Поръчахме си вода, струва 2 евро. Доколко незначителната печалба от 2 евро си заслужава репутационните щети, е друга тема ... В стаите също няма кана за вода, нито чай или кафе ...Неща, които вече са традиция за хотели от далеч по-ниска категория.

Pros:

Закуската беше много добра.
Местоположението също. Намират доволни се в центъра на Боровец. Близо е до лифта, който ползвахме и стигнахме до хижа “Мусала”. Много сме доволни.

Закуската можеше да бъде по-разнообразна.

Pros:

Доволни сме от хотела. От времето на Соца е, но се стремят да го поддържат на ниво. Има голям закрит басейн, СПА, боулинг. Обслужването е добра, храната също.
