Nagyon szép szállás!
Pros:

Gyönyörűen felújított szobában szálltunk meg. Hatalmas tér, kényelmes fürdőszoba, a szobában sok lepakoló felület.
A központ kb 15-20 perces sétára van, de így a belváros zajától mentesen, nyugodtan tudtunk pihenni.
Ingyenes parkolás, sok parkolóhellyel.

Cons:

A reggeli viszonylag széles választékkal rendelkezett, de semmilyen zöldséget nem adtak.

It was a real shame they’re pool was out if serve for the first 3 days.. we booked specifically for this since we wanted some relaxation during the holiday.. they did however facilitate a day at another hotel with a pool for us which we really appreciated. Not the fault of the owners but they had some really awful guests staying there and it didn’t seem to be noticed or mentioned by the staff of their behaviour and the mess they created in a daily basis around d the facility..

Troppi disservizi e poca attenzione al cliente, esperienza decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative

La posizione della struttura è buona e, sulla carta, l'hotel avrebbe tutte le caratteristiche per offrire un soggiorno piacevole. Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata fortemente condizionata dai numerosi disservizi e dalla gestione degli stessi.

Esperienza purtroppo molto negativa, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato e il periodo del soggiorno.

La piscina, uno dei servizi principali per cui avevamo scelto la struttura, è rimasta completamente inutilizzabile per 3 giorni. Al nostro arrivo ci era stato detto che il problema sarebbe stato risolto il giorno successivo, cosa che non è avvenuta. Trovarsi in Sardegna ad agosto, dopo aver prenotato un hotel con piscina, e non poter usufruire del servizio per quasi metà del soggiorno è stato un disagio importante.

A questo si è aggiunto il condizionatore della nostra camera, che perdeva continuamente acqua: durante la notte ci siamo ritrovati più volte con il pavimento della camera letteralmente bagnato.

Ma l'aspetto che ci ha lasciato maggiormente amareggiati è stato il comportamento del personale. Ci saremmo aspettati attenzione e disponibilità almeno nella gestione dei problemi riscontrati; abbiamo invece trovato in diverse occasioni un atteggiamento poco cortese.

L'episodio conclusivo al check-out è stato particolarmente spiacevole: per circa un'ora di ritardo abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento che abbiamo trovato assolutamente sproporzionato e scortese, soprattutto considerando tutti i disservizi che avevamo sopportato durante il soggiorno.

Non pretendiamo che in un hotel non possa verificarsi un problema tecnico. La differenza la fanno il modo in cui viene gestito, l'attenzione verso il cliente e la capacità di rimediare al disagio. Purtroppo, nella nostra esperienza, sono mancati tutti e tre.

L’accueil, le service, la Literie, l’emplacement près du centre de San Teodoro, établissement, calme et agréable, avec un excellent petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine

Cons:

Pour notre part, avions pris une chambre sans demande particulière, et nous avions une vue de la terrasse pas terrible.
De préférence, conseillons de choisir une chambre avec vue sur la piscine avec balcon 😊

Bardzo pozytywnie i super słonecznie 🌞

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra koło przystanku autobusowego skąd można łatwo dotrzeć do wielu pięknych plaż jak również lekkim spacerkiem można dojść do jednej z najsłynniejszych plaż La Cinta.
Bardzo miły personel!
Kuchnia też była ciekawa i smaczna
