Mkt trevlig och hjälpsam personal på hotellet
Nära centrum ca 15 minuter att gå.
Mkt fina stränder i området.
Rekommenderar verkligen en båttur som tar er till bland världens finaste stränder fick rekommendation i receptitionen och ställena va magiska.

Een prettig hotel, vriendelijk personeel met zwembad op loopafstand strand en centrum
Pros:

Het Italiaanse ontbijt met veel zoete broodjes en vers fruit was prima. De dames in de bediening serveerde aan je tafeltje buiten op het terras je koffie. Het zwembad was een heerlijke verkoeling na een dagje strand te hebben gehad.

Cons:

Wij verbleven in het voorseizoen, een periode waarin het hotel druk bezig was met een uitbreiding. Ondanks de werkzaamheden hebben wij hier nauwelijks hinder van ondervonden.

Omdat wij met ons gezin reisden, werden de handdoeken in de kamer intensief gebruikt. Het viel ons echter op dat deze niet dagelijks werden vervangen, waardoor ze soms langer gebruikt moesten worden dan gewenst.

Absolutely shocking worst hotel I have ever been to in my life I would never go back here again

Says in city center - 20 minute walk to the center. The hotel is half built it’s literally a construction site. We had booked to stay here for 1 week and checked out after 1 night. The construction noise started first thing in the morning and woke us up. Our balcony was connect to a room under construction it was absolutely awful. There was 1 working plug outlet in the room.

Hotel insgesamt okay mit einigen Mängeln – Vorsicht mit Kindern wegen Baustelle.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Unser Deluxe-Zimmer war relativ groß und modern. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, und die Handtücher wurden bei Bedarf gewechselt. Allerdings ist eine Seite des Hotels momentan eine komplette Baustelle (siehe Bilder). In unserem Zimmer gab es offene Kabel, was mit zwei Kindern ein absolutes No-Go ist! Auf dem Balkon standen zudem nur zwei Stühle, sodass wir dort nicht einmal zu viert sitzen und die Abende genießen konnten.
Der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel bietet Platz für maximal 5 Autos, und dort haben auch die Mitarbeiter geparkt. Wir mussten daher hinten an der Baustelle parken.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings sehr süßlastig mit viel Kuchen und Obst, aber leider nur wenig Gemüse.
Positiv sind die kurzen Wege zum Strand und zu kleinen Einkaufsläden. Der Markt in San Teodoro ist nur maximal 10 Autominuten entfernt.

Wenn die Baustelle erst einmal weg ist und die Umgebung etwas mehr gepflegt wird, wird es ein echt schönes 3-Sterne-Hotel sein! Good luck!

Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt, der in keiner Weise der Beschreibung auf Booking.com entsprach.

Ein großer Teil der Anlage war eine Baustelle – ohne jeglichen Hinweis vor der Buchung. Insgesamt wirkte das Hotel deutlich abgewirtschaftet und nicht wie auf den Bildern dargestellt.

Das Zimmer war in schlechtem Zustand (u. a. kaputtes Bett, rostige Lampen, allgemeine Mängel bei Sauberkeit). Zusätzlich gab es im gesamten Bereich einen starken, muffigen Geruch, der an Schimmel erinnerte.

Meine schwangere Partnerin und ich haben bereits nach wenigen Minuten im Zimmer Kopfschmerzen bekommen und uns dort nicht wohl bzw. nicht sicher gefühlt.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt nach kurzer Zeit abgebrochen, obwohl mehrere Nächte bereits bezahlt waren. Vor Ort wurde uns lediglich ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, was jedoch an den grundlegenden Problemen (Zustand, Geruch, Baustelle) nichts geändert hätte.

Eine Rückerstattung wurde trotz sofortiger Reklamation und direkter Ansprache des Managements nicht gewährt. Stattdessen wurden wir auf Booking.com verwiesen, ohne dass es zu einer Lösung kam.

Am Ende mussten wir kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel auf eigene Kosten buchen und haben keinerlei Rückerstattung erhalten.

Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – nicht empfehlenswert.

Ich habe im April in Theodoro in Sardinien 2xDoppelzimmer gebucht im Hotel Mimose
Ich bekam ca20 Stunden vorher ein mail von dem Hotel dass wir nicht bei Ihnen das Zimmer beziehen können.
Wegen Technischen probleme
War echt ärgerlich wir haben und alle sehr geärgert !!!!
Sie haben uns dann in Ihren Residenzen 2xZimmer angeboten
Wir akzeptierten dies da es jo so kurz gemeldet wurde
In Posada einem kleinen Dorf , wir nahmen dann dort das Frühstück z uns
Katastrophal die hatten nicht genügend Tassen mussten warten bis wieder Tassen gewaschen wurden dasselbe mit Messer u Löffeli
Schlimm echt zum empfehlen
Das Hotel kann immer noch gebucht werden vermutlich mit derselben Masche

Excelente estadia
Pros:

A área exterior é muito agradável. Localização excelente. Contrariamente ao que lemos em alguns comentários, achámos o quarto bastante espaçoso. Está cotado como um hotel de 3 estrelas mas vale mais do que isso

Poderia ter algum sitio no quarto/casa-de-banho para pendurar as toalhas, mas é apenas um pormenor a melhorar. O isolamento acústico é terrivel, mas pela nossa estadia em vários hoteis na Sardenha percebemos que tal é recorrente

Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment très agréable et souriant et aux petits soins pour nous.
Les chambres propres et faitent tous les jours.

Cons:

l'hôtel était en travaux ce qui n' a jamais été indiqué au moment de la réservation!!! Autant dire que les marteaux piqueurs et disqueuses dès 8h du matin au bord de la piscine, si vous cherchez le repos c'est foutu. On était obligé de partir toute la journée !
les cabines de douche sont minuscules et les chambres mal insonorisées...
