Non lo sceglierei

La posizione era ottima,5 minuti dal centro di San teodoro e 10 minuti per la cinta.

Cons:

L'hotel era diviso in 2 parti,una rinnovata e l'altra vecchia.... veramente Vecchia!!
Noi in particolare abbiamo trovato le prese elettriche rotte,camera con copriletto e tende sporche e condizionatore che funzionava ad intermittenza.
Non ci è stato offerto neanche di cambiare stanza nonostante la nostra segnalazione.
Fortunatamente il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto disponibile nel voler risolvere il problema condizionatore.
Sicuramente lo eviterei dopo €950 per 2 notti.
Ho pagato meno in costa Smeralda con il triplo dei vantaggi.

Pros:

Soggiorno perfetto! La camera era molto bella, spaziosa e pulita. Il cibo è stato eccellente, con piatti preparati con cura dai cuochi Claudio e Giulia. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto il personale, sempre gentilissimo, cordiale e disponibile, che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.

Quisiera expresar mi decepción con la habitación que recibí, ya que no se correspondía con las imágenes ni con la descripción publicada en Booking.

En las fotografías, la habitación se veía moderna, acogedora y bien equipada. Sin embargo, la realidad fue muy diferente. La habitación estaba completamente vacía de decoración, sin cuadros ni ningún detalle que la hiciera agradable. Además, no contaba con un escritorio ni con secador de pelo, elementos que esperaba encontrar según el anuncio.

Por otro lado, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera menos confortable. Lo peor, sin embargo, fue la cama: era muy incómoda y todas las mañanas me despertaba con dolor de espalda debido al colchón.

Considero que la habitación no cumplía con las expectativas generadas por el anuncio ni con el nivel de calidad que se mostraba en la publicación. Espero que tengan en cuenta estos comentarios para revisar la información del alojamiento y evitar que otros huéspedes tengan la misma experiencia.

Dostačující ubytování s bohatou snídaní

Líbil se nám čistý moderní bazén, naprosto skvělá snídaně, zastávka autobusu z letiště přímo u hotelu.

Cons:

Umyvadlo v koupelně mělo, bohužel, rozbitou výpusť, tudíž neodtékala voda. Hadice ve sprše byla také poškozená, ale stále ještě funkční. Výhled z terasy byl do nevzhledného dvora. Pro 3 osoby jsme měli na pokoji pouze 2 osušky, 2 ručníky a 2 kelímky na nápoje.

Lekker ruim gesitueerd hotel en zwembad met fijne ligbedden. Prima ontbijt met ruime keuze. Vriendelijk personeel. Zelfs na het uitchecken mocht ik (vanwege late terugvlucht) nog gebruik maken van diverse faciliteiten.

Cons:

Erg kleine kamer waar ik niet eens mijn koffer kwijt kon. Handdoeken zagen er niet schoon en fris uit.
