Pros:

The view was spectacular and the rooms have been newly refurbished so they were fantastic. Myself and my partner are both vegan and we let the hotel know in advance and the order especially made sure to have vegan food available for us which was so nice. Also, nice cosy common area to relax and read a book after a day of hiking.

Peaceful and calm.
Pros:

Views were fab. Too friendly the staffs were. Quiet environment.

Cons:

Bugs were an issue. The room was poorly positioned in terms of not having AC and being hot, so windows were open and then the bugs issue.

Beautifully renovated rooms, super clean, friendly staff, wonderful restaurant with endless views from terrace. Murren itself was perfect for us to base our stay and the hotel was easily accessible off the Murren lifts.

Simply divine, utterly perfect in every respect!
Pros:

This hotel is genuinely, all things taken into consideration, the vert best hotel I have ever stayed at. Yes, it's expensive, but there's a reason for that - not only because of it's location, but because the transportation of food and sundries to run the hotel must require great expense from the owners of the hotel due to it's remote location.

The hotel owners are always present, helpful, cheerful and welcoming. The setting of the hotel is unparalleled - simply the most awesome and jaw-dropping view across the valley to the three great mountains of the Bernese Oberland. The stunning terrace where you can dine for breakfast, lunch and dinner cannot be beaten for the quality of the food and the scenery from your table!

The rooms were modern, high-spec, and spotlessly clean. I was tempted to stay in a more rustic, 'authentic' Swiss alpine hotel, but I'm so glad I didn't because that injection of modern comforts that this hotel offers is the perfect way to appreciate this stunning village and it's awe-inspiring surroundings.

Perfect in every way, and I would like to commend the owners of the hotel for their incredible hospitality.
