Wir haben uns gut von der Hitze im Flachland erholt.
Pros:

Das Frühstücks-Buffet war sehr reichhaltig. Die Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer war der Hammer! Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal.

Pros:

Ottima posizione , camere molto belle. Possibilità di mangiare nel loro buon ristorante. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Prossima volta resteremo per più giorni

Magical property. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful, accomodating and gracious. My room faced the sheer cliffs of Schwarzmönch. The view was unbeatable.

Would have been better value burning £400 and sleeping in my hire car
Pros:

The view was fantastic

Cons:

The Staff we very miserable and unfriendly
Had to wait at an unattended reception for 30 minutes despite talking with the restaurant staff
Breakfast was a disgrace - worst I have ever seen in a hotel
Restaurant closed at 8:30pm on a Friday night - would have been nice to tell us that as we arrived at 7:30pm and waited until 8pm to check in.
