Amazing Spa in a great location to relax
Pros:

The spa is excellent at this hotel, a great place to relax. The grounds are really well kept and a pleasure to spend time in. The traditional look and feel of the hotel is very authentic.

Cons:

The bed in our room was not that comfortable unfortunatly

One big disappointment
Pros:

The thermal bath is a complete disappointment. It is very badly operated and run and built. It is a slow quality does not match the rest of beautifulItaly. It was a waste of trip and a waste of time. I did not visit the hotel so this review is only for the spa andthe thermal bath.

Tutto molto bello.
Pros:

Ho passato due giorni meravigliosi, il posto è stupendo, tutto molto pulito e curato, il personale molto cortese. L' hotel pulito e le stanze belle, la cucina buona e il personale molto gentile. La colazione top. Consigliatissimo per relax totale.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a beautiful surroundings. Lots of swimming pools around the resort, that was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The receptionist didn’t explain anything about the hotel or its facilities when we checked in.

The Booking.com listing stated that children were not allowed in this hotel , so we expected this to be an adults-only hotel. However, there were young children at the hotel.

The hotel restaurant was not vegetarian-friendly, and the food did not justify the very high prices.

It would also have been appreciated if we had been informed in advance that a wedding was taking place at the hotel. The loud music continued until late at night.

Pros:

Posizione ottima: struttura immersa nel verde e parco ben curato. Varietà dei servizi: piscine esterne e interne, di acqua calda e fredda, oltre che la spa interna. Buoni sia il ristorante che la colazione. Personale perlopiù cordiale e disponibile. Camera ampia e pulita.

Cons:

Spa interna un po’ piccola (la stanza relax presto piena e troppo vicina al ricevimento). Costo dei servizi extra un po’ eccessivi (il prezzo della camera è già adeguato). Nel complesso il giudizio è in ogni caso più che positivo.

Welcoming staff!
Pros:

Lovely property for relaxation! We were in town for a wedding. The staff were so welcoming. When they couldn’t get us a reasonably priced taxi to go into town, Roberto drove us himself! Nice main pool with a poolside restaurant, in addition to the spa and thermal pools.

Pros:

Il posto è assolutamente meraviglioso, immersi nella natura. Le piscine erano di più di quelle che mi aspettavo. La spa anche è stata sorprendente.

Cons:

Non mi ha fatto impazzire la cena al ristorante il ninfeo... Colazione invece ottima.
