Una Spa che non ti aspetti
Pros:

Il parco termale è molto bello. Struttura immersa nel verde, la,colazione abbondante e varia.
Il personale gentile e pronto a soddisfare le richieste

Cons:

I bagno, il letto, l'allestimento in generale è fermo agli anni novanta. Andrebbe rimodernato.
Anche la Spa un po' deludente.

Pros:

Sono più di 10 anni che mi reco a Stigliano e l'ho vista cambiare tanto negli anni. Rimane sempre un fiore all'occhiello la spa (molto più bella quella di prima peró) la buonissima colazione e il silenzio meraviglioso che circonda la struttura.

Cons:

Ogni volta trovo sempre grossi disagi. Ultima volta addirittura lavori in corso e muratori nella spa. Saró pure sfortunato io, ma non c è nemmeno la voglia di scusarsi. Al bar mi hanno servito un tramezzino totalmente bagnato e annacquato, roba inservibile e potenzialmente pericolosa. Il più grosso guaio rimane il loro Ninfeo, negli anni avrei pure passato settimane intere nella struttura ma ahimé, tenendo conto i prezzi, mi verrebbe a costare quanto un viaggio alle Maldive. Il loro ristorante rimane la pecca più grande, un trappolone di scarsa qualità a prezzi di uno stellato. Non so quante volte mi son trovato a rimandare la roba indietro nelle cucine, tra verdure ghiacciate uscite dal frigo e pasta mezza cruda con un conto che costa più di una loro stanza. Ovviamente sempre fatto presente alla reception, ma da un'orecchio entra e dall'altro esce. La voglia di continuare ad andare è a consigliarlo di qua e di là é totalmente svanita.

Ambiente rilassante ma.....
Pros:

La struttura ha il pregio di trovarsi immerssa nel verde più totale, tra prati e boschi collinosi.
L'edificio che ospita le camere, benchè "storico", coniuga uno stile Vintage ad accessori necessari alla funzionalità attuale.
Una particolare menzione va al Sig. Sante del Grill Kiosk del Lion's bar, che si è dimostrato veramente gentile ed empatico, ed al Manager del ristorante Ninfeo, cortese ed attento a quanto rappresentato in una specifica circostanza.

Cons:

Il personale al Reception Desk. Pur quanto cortese manca, almeno nella mia esperienza, di un "quid" in più che fa la differenza tra svolgere un lavoro e far sentire benvenuto un ospite.
Manca inoltre di fornire utili informazioni all'arrivo che restano poi "a carico" dell'ospite scoprirle.
Assolutamente Negativo sotto ogni punto di vista, il sistema del WI-fi.
In una località completamente al buio di segnale internet, è necessario a mio avviso, fornire in ogni area (interna ed esterna) un supporto adeguato. Tenetene conto se avete bisogno di connettività continua.
Alcune piscine termali avrebbero bisogno di una maggiore manutenzione, a partire dai corrimano.
La colazione a buffet: la fascia oraria di utilizzo, che va solo dalle 08:00 alle 10:00, non vede attenzione al ripristino di alimenti consumati, a discapito degli ospiti che si presentano oltre la metà dell'orario di servizio.
Varietà di proposte alimentari, specialmente quelle salate, di ridotta scelta e presentazione.
Rapporto prezzo camera/servizi non adeguato al livello della struttura (4****).

Place to stay if you want to chill a minute.
Pros:

Beautiful property.
Loved the pools in different temperatures.
Room was spacious and well appointed. Bed was comfortable- pillows were not! Too hard.
Breakfast was fine- just not my thing.
Nice to have to spa services. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very relaxing stay.

Cons:

Need more hooks in the bathroom.

Magic place
Pros:

So peaceful and magic place. The small church inside the territory with Saint Lucia portrait (her historic eyes), the healing water, garden of roses, friendly athmosphare, village like mood, all the green around, trees, grass, flowers….hotel clean and rooms are simple but well built and convenient…the curtains so luxurous! I loved to be there, cant wait to come back!

I would highly recommend Terme di Stigliano for its unique historic charm, beautiful thermal park, and excellent spa tre
Pros:

The whole spa area feels like a natural reserve, with hot thermal pools and jacuzzis scattered around the grounds, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We also booked massage treatments, which were at a very high professional level and added a lot to our stay.

Cons:

However, the rooms themselves were very simple and did not feel particularly luxurious, especially for a 4-star hotel. They were fine for spending the night, but compared to the wonderful spa and outdoor areas, the accommodation felt a bit basic and could definitely be improved.
