great hotel, nice views, hillside location, either have a car or very strong legs :)
Pros:

breakfast was really good, the building is nice and modern. The shower is grreat and the smell of the hotel's showergel is extremly good! the staff was very kind, the location is good if u have a room with terrace, and you can park in front of the building.

Cons:

its a bit far from the old city center and my room had no terrace, but none of these are real problems, since its all stated in the description, so i knew what ill book :)

Izredna prijaznost, znanje jezikov, čistost prostorov, razgled iz sobe, prostoren balkon, delujoča klima, dober zajtrk (velik izbor od kosmičev do salam, sadja in sladic, čaja, kave itd.).

Cons:

Hotel je v hribu, kar nekaterim gostom morda lahko predstavlja problem. Nama je bilo popolnoma ok tudi peš do tramvaja (cca. 20min). Sicer pa je možno najeti tudi poceni taksi prevoz.

Pros:

Tolles familiengeführtes Hotel mit absolut freundlichen Eigentümern. Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet mit Terrasse und schöner Aussicht auf Sarajevo. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum aber mit dem Taxi oder den Öffis kein Problem.

Pros:

Porodicni hotel, sa obezbedjenim parkingom i preljubaznim domacinom. Soba je bila cista, dorucak dobar. Boravili smo tri dana, odnosno dva noćenja i rado bi se vratili opet. Udaljenost do centra je nekih 30 -35 minuta peske, ali uvek možete i taksijem koji stvarno nije skup u Sarajevu. Sve preporuke za smestaj .

Cons:

Sve mi se svidelo.

Pros:

Le personnel est extrêmement chaleureux, toujours avec le sourire et il veut que le client se sente comme chez lui.
L'hôtel est très propre, très calme, joliment décoré et à proximité du centre de Sarajevo.
Le petit déjeuner offre un très grand choix.

Wir kommen immer in dieses Hotel und sind sehr zufrieden. Das ist eine Pension, die von einer Familie geführt wird.
Wir finden die Lage wunderbar, weil man eine Aussicht auf die Stadt hat. Ins Zentrum kann man zu Fuss gehen, aber es dauert etwa 30 bis 40 Minuten. Wer schnell ankommen will, kann einen Taxi bestellen, das ist nicht so teuer in Sarajevo.

إقامة رائعة جداً ومريحة. كان الفندق نظيفاً ومريحاً للغاية، وتعامل الموظفين كان ممتازاً وودوداً بشكل استثنائي. كانوا دائماً مستعدين للمساعدة والإجابة على جميع الاستفسارات. كما ساعدونا في حجز سيارات الأجرة من وإلى المطار أو إلى أي مكان نرغب بالذهاب إليه، وكانوا يشرحون لنا أسعار التاكسي بشكل واضح حتى لا يتم استغلالنا من قبل أي سائق. أشكر جميع العاملين على حسن الاستقبال والخدمة الممتازة، وأنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق بكل تأكيد.


A wonderful and very comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They helped us arrange taxis to and from the airport as well as to other destinations, and they clearly explained the expected taxi fares to make sure we would not be overcharged or taken advantage of. Their honesty, kindness, and excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
