Excellent mid-week break and look forward to returning again in the future.
Pros:

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The setting was fantastic and the food was superb.

Spectacular property that was unlike any other, staff were very courteous and friendly.

Property is incredible, staff are very courteous and helpful. It's well worth a stay!

Cons:

We were unable to get Internet in our room. We reported it after we checked in but it wasn't resolved in the 1 night we stayed.....maybe it is now.

If you want a relaxing hotel with all the amenities you need Kilronan offers that.
Pros:

The welcome as we walked in the door from reception staff and Jerry the porter. We dined there both nights due to weather conditions . The first night we had dinner in the main lounge and it was perfect, Steak cooked as requested and my husband praised the light batter on his fish, Service was friendly and professional.
The second day we had lunch with our niece after a fabulous breakfast, excellent service again; we were not really hungry but there were lite bites available which was perfect. That night we chose the fine dining in their beautiful dining room after a cocktail in the drawing room bar. It was a beautiful experience , we were joined by my cousins. The service was beyond excellent, dishes explained, timing perfect, deserts to die for! I can't praise this experience enough. What a chef!!!
I must also mention my Spa experience, it was my Birthday which my therapist spotted from the date. It was obvious she was an experienced Therapist and wow I felt fantastic afterwards. The whole spa experience was lovely from the moment Sinead greeted us at reception. Thank you!
