A fabulous hotel in a historic town.
Pros:

The elegant and interesting fixtures and fittings made the atmosphere feel very special. The location was very close to everything of interest, yet extremely quiet. We loved our stay here and wish to stay in more Paradors if they are all as beautiful as this one.

Cons:

It would be helpful to explain that parking is free in the streets close to the hotel. We spent ages driving round in circles following signs looking for a Parador car park when there wasn’t one.

Estancia cómoda y agradable.
Pros:

Habitación amplia , bien decoradas y limpia
Las camas muy cómodas!, el baño quizá le falte un poco de luz. El parador bonito y acogedor .
El personal muy amable.

Cons:

No tener más servicio de cafetería, solo tiene servicio de desayuno.

Aircon in my room did not work. Front desk was too busy with check in to answer questions. 5 hours later it turns out they needed to enable it at front desk

La ubicación y decoración de los espacios comunes

Cons:

Un solo ascensor para todas las habitaciones. Angosto, ademas. El baño, más angosto aun. Un bide empotrado e imposible de usar, salvo riesgo de chocar con la hoja de la puerta. Cuidado con las alfombras, muy bonitas eso si, pero en los largos pasillos ocultan desniveles del suelo y propician tropezones.
El desayuno...pedi que me prepararan unos churros "artesanos". Eran de una masa sosa, blanda y para más inri, mal fritos.

After hostels and bunks this was luxury. Beautiful historic building very thoughtfully decorated.
Comfortable beds, two pillows, large bath towels. Oh yes bath included.
Quiet location
Opted for breakfast but made to feel I hadn’t paid. Staff had read my room number wrong.
Breakfast was the standard accepted. In a place like this.
I asked staff to make a call to my back pack company (Correos). He refused to help which was disappointing. I just needed confirmation they were collecting my bag. Unfortunately I had a data only sim plan.
Checkout was noon, however despite having a “do not disturb” sign on my door someone knocked and instantly entered at 10am.
Lovely place to spoil yourself after a long day walking but a few extra touches would be nice for the price
