Am părăsit hotelul după prima noapte.
Pros:

Experiență atât de urâtǎ, încât nu aș putea spune ca mi-a plăcut ceva.

Cons:

Mizerie, mizerie, mizerie. Am schimbat două camere și în ambele am găsit multiple fire de păr în pat, urină pe pereții din baie, păr peste tot prin cameră, în baie, pe jos unghii tăiate. Un loc care mi-a provocat un dezgust profund! Nu recomand sub nicio formă!

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. We had a room facing the courtyard, which meant that every night from around 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. we could hear extremely loud music coming from the neighborhood — (Razzmatazz) including heavy bass, shouting, and constant noise. Getting any proper sleep was impossible.

Our three nights there were terrible, and we managed to sleep only 2–3 hours per night at most. Considering how overpriced the hotel was, this is absolutely unacceptable. The value for money is very poor, and we definitely would not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Ottima posizione e stanza molto bella. Ottimo anche il buffet di colazione, davvero squisito, sia nel dolce sia nel salato.

Cons:

Prezzo molto alto (circa 150+ euro a notte) e praticamente nessun servizio incluso, neanche la colazione. Penso si possano teovare strutture con piu servizi allo stesso prezzo.
Staff neutrale, mi sarebbe piaciuto di più vedere cordialità ed accoglienza, sono molto MOLTO attenti a vedere solo se hai colazione pagata o meno.
Ascensori molto vecchie e tremolanti.

Cons:

Feuerfehlalarme (= mehrmals) mitten in der Nacht; bemühter aber unzuverlässiger Rezeptionsservice (3. Mal um Rechnungskorrektur gebeten, 3. Mal meine Details hinterlegt, bislang noch ohne Erfolg).

On the whole, this was an excellent hotel for our city beak. Would definitely go back.
Pros:

The room were very comfortable, very clean and quiet.
The breakfast was fantastic, great choice of both hot and cold dishes.
Location was quiet and only a 15 minute walk to the city center.
Perfect!

Cons:

We were not told that the outside pool was closed and work was being carried out.
Also we were not aware that we would have to pay to use the leisure facilities - we thought as a hotel guest we would be able to use the indoor pool and sauna free.

Location is good in some ways BUT
Pros:

Was in a good place in the city in terms of travelling around. Staff spoke excellent English

Cons:

Noisy night club very close by kept me awake, didn't close until 5am. Key card never worked first time so we had to keep getting it adjusted every time we went out.

Half of the hotel facilities, for all of the price. So many better options in Barcelona
Pros:

Was in a good location.

Cons:

The pool wasn’t in use. We were never told, and had to pay full price to stay at the hotel, despite the pool being a huge reason we booked. Last year when we stayed in the same hotel, the spa wasn’t in use… and again, we were never told.

Will never stay here again and recommend others don’t either.
