Please note that a fixed deposit of EUR 100 will be charged when the reservation is confirmed. In case of reservations of five rooms or more, or for reservations of seven nights or longer, 30% of the total price will be charged.

Please note, throughout the year various events may be hosted on the exterior terrace of the hotel. During these days, the pool is open until 14:00, when it will be closed for the event due to health and safety. Guests shall be permitted access to the event, except when the maximum occupancy prohibits further admissions. Guests are advised to contact the hotel before travelling to confirm the existence of events during the dates of their stay.

The hotel has serious security concerns. This looks like a real, ongoing problem, not a one-off.
Cons:

Definitely would not recommend!!

I had a really bad experience here. I was robbed from my room, and even though I reported it, the staff and the manager did absolutely nothing to help or look into it. I felt completely left on my own.

The hotel is overvalued and far too expensive for what it offers, and the surrounding area has a serious crime problem. Look elsewhere.

CONVENIENCIA CARA
Pros:

La ubicación sin duda. Ibamos a un concierto en Razzmataz.

Cons:

El personal era muy junior. y sobre todo HACÍA MUCHO FRÍO EN EL LOBBY. NO PUDE IR A DESAYUNAR PORQUE ME DIJERON QUE NO SE PODÍA BAJAR EL AIRE. La temperatura estaba entre los 19 y 21 grados celcius. ni siquiera es legal.

Bestohlen im Hotelzimmer, kann das Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Wir wurden in diesem Hotel bestohlen. Aus dem verschlossenen Zimmer. Das von und alarmierte Management des Hotels hat jeden Zusammenarbeit verweigert. Eine absolute Katastrophe. Auch wurde von der Leitung weder Video gesichtet noch die die Türschloss-Verwaltung angeschaut. Wir haben eine Polizeiliches Verfahren eröffnen müssen. Bitte schauen Sie sich auch bei Google die Bewertungen an. Wir haben dies leider nicht vor der Buchung gemacht. Zu unserem grossen Leid. Wie gesagt, buchen Sie auf gar keinen Fall in diesem Hotel. Wer mehr erfahren will kann mich gerne kontaktieren.

Excelencia y comodidad
Pros:

Staff predispuesto, eficiente y bilingüe. Excelentes instalaciones, limpio, acceso a pileta, habitaciones cómodas y amplias, baño lujoso. Playa a 15 minutos a pie. Superó las expectativas!

Cons:

Si bien se encuentra cerca de la playa, está a mas de 40 minutos a pie del centro/rambla/plaza Catalunya.

Pros:

The hotel was good, it wasn’t in the center area but the transportation was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable.
I didn’t test any of the amenities nor the restaurant so I don’t have an opinion on that.

Cons:

I’m English speaking and at times the staff would speak in Spanish or Catalonic in front of me and look at me and it was obvious they were speaking about me. I had written confirmation that the room had breakfast included and it was paid in full and I was informed there was no breakfast - and we had to pay extra for city taxes and etc. The hotel wasn’t very polite - I’m disappointed to be honest cause in my last visit I was so happy with my stay at this hotel.
Also, in our last stay we were two people and we had a bigger room than this time around when we were three.
Also they need to do something about noise cancellation, the noise from the room next door and the hallway was heard at Al theme.
