Cons:

Het schoonmaken van de kamer liet te wensen over: duidelijk een voorbeeld van "vlug, vlug,vlug"
Ook de toeristische informatie was niet aanwezig, de VVV is gelukkig bijna om de hoek
Ik heb het hotel 2 maal gemaild met de vraag hoe ik die Donau Delta cruise kon boeken (op de website aangekondigd), 2 maal geen antwoord

A good hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The Delta 4 is a large hotel right on the bank of the Danube River. It has good facilities & our room gave a panoramic view over the river. It was great to have a comfortable area to unload & excellent to have parking next to the hotel.

Cons:

The air conditioning worked but was ineffective.

Poor pool access

Great location

Cons:

The main reason I chose this hotel was the indoor pool. I wasn't aware until we checked in that it doesn't open until 2pm. Check out is 12 so I was not able to swim before we left. What is the point of having a pool that's only open for a few hours a day? I was really unhappy and disappointed.

A good hotel in an excellent location but needs better a/c for summer conditions.
Pros:

The location is excellent as it is set on the banks of the Danube River with sweeping views of the river & sufrounding area. The large-scale windows enabled great views. The food was golod.

Cons:

The a/c worked but was ineffective. The hotel temperature is centrally controlled & set at about 22 degrees. Since the river side of the hotel faces the sun for a large part of the day, the rooms become uncomfortably hot in the afternoon. It takes most of the night for the a/c to bring the temperature down & even then it only reached 23.5 degrees. This was too hot for comfortable sleeping.
