Alles in allem in Ordnung, ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!
Pros:

das Personal, insbesondere das beim Frühstück war sehr flott und freundlich. Der Balkon ist sehr groß und schattig. Der versperrbare Radabstellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist gut und dort kann man auch die e-Bikes laden.

Cons:

Am Empfang gab es zuvor Meinungsverschiedenheiten wegen der Identität meiner Frau - sie hatte keinen Ausweis, nur die SV-Card mit Lichtbild dabei. Alle anderen 4 Hotels in Italien haben dies jedoch akzeptiert.
Das Zimmer 133 war sehr laut da gleich unterhalb die Gastronomie des Nachbarhotels in Betrieb war (ab 6:00 Uhr bis ca. 22:00 Uhr u. teilw. länger).

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, Frühstück sehr vielseitig und super gut, Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig, Tiefgaragenparkplatz, die Dachterrasse hat einen tollen Ausblick, Spa wunderschön, Hotel nicht weit entfernt vom Zentrum und ein paar Schritte zum wunderschönen Strand mit eigenem Dusch u. Es war hervorragend!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, wir hatten eine Suite zu dritt gebucht, diese war wunderschön, geräumig und der große Balkon war die Überraschung schlechthin. Das Abendessen war auch vorzüglich.

Der Kurzaufenthalt war durch die unangenehme Auseinandersetzung mit dem Hotelmanagement überschattet

Die Lage des Hotels, auch die Sauberkeit

Cons:

Leider entspricht das Hotel nicht den Erwartungen: Man wirbt mit "Meeresblick" und meint seitlichen Blick über die Dächer (ein etwas unseriöse Art der Bewerbung!), das Hotelmanagment (Hoteldirektorin, nach Eigenaussage) ist mit Kritik überfordert und beschimpft dann (teilweise auch persönlich beleidigend).
Auch die Aufforderung, nicht über Booking.com zu buchen, erscheint in diesem Zusammenhang doch sonderbar.

Grado und Laguna Palace Grado sind immer eine Reise wert.
Pros:

Da wir das Hotel von früheren Aufenthalten bereits kannten, wurden unsere Erwartungen wieder vollständig erfüllt. Wir schätzen die gute Lage sehr und sind in kurzer Zeit auch zu Fuß im Zentrum. Erwähnenswert sind - nebst dem Servicepersonal - auch die vorzüglichen Behandlungen im SPA-Bereich. Mirella, Raphaela und Alessandro sind ausgezeichnete Masseure.

Cons:

Etwas enttäuscht war in unserer Suite 230 das Doppelbett, das aus zwei zusammengestellten Einzelbetten besteht. Diese Einzelliegen driften in der Nacht auseinander. Es gibt zwar einen kleinen Schrankraum am Durchgang zum Badezimmer; leider nicht vergleichbar mit den Schrankräumen, die wir in anderen Zimmern vorfanden.

Sehr tolles Hotel. Haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Familiensuite - hatten ein Superior deluxe Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick gebucht - vom Hotel bekommen. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist zwar nicht billig, aber sehr komfortabel - daher auch direkter Zugang von der Tiefgarage mit dem Lift zu den Zimmeretagen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Konnte wegen Krankheit nicht anreisen. Wäre unser 4. Aufenthalt gewesen. Obwohl Zimmer frei waren, kam uns das Hotel nicht entgegen unsere Reise um ein paar Tage zu verschieben. So waren unsere 1580,00 Euro weg.
