Kvalitný, krásny hotel poskytujúci kvalitné služby
Pros:

Reštaurácia na vysokej úrovni, večere až zažitkové. Vynikajúci personál a to na každej pozícii. Bazén s výhľadom. Krásna a veľká izba. Keby bol hotel umiestnený pri pláži v centre mesta, ceny by tu pravdepodobne boli dvojnásobné.

Cons:

Nedala sa vypnúť klimatizácia, riešili sme to otvorením balkonových dverí. S personálom sme to neriešili, lebo to pre nás nebol veľký problém.

Tolles Hotel, sehr schöner Urlaub
Pros:

Großzügige Zimmer, toller Balkon!

Cons:

Die Duschkabine war undicht.
Das Frühstück war ok, allerdings sehr wenig Auswahl an pikanten Speisen

Excellent stay for a couple of days at the beach.
Pros:

Excellent swimming pool with a fantastic view. Great breakfast and friendly service from the staff. Location of the hotel is great for walking to the beach and city center. Comfortable and clean rooms.

All together the hotel was great.
Pros:

Quality Lavazza capsule coffee maker in the room, spacious bedroom, great breakfast, 2 diff. taste cold water at the reception, kind and helpful staff.

Cons:

Was quite expensive hotel, even I had 40% sale at Booking. No rooftop bar, and pool. Staff should recommend the usage of sister-hotel’s (Laguna Faro Suits) rooftop bar, which has marvellous view and style. No sauna at July and August. No contract for a boat trip discount for their own guests. Extra and expensive parking fee.

Ok , wenn die ein paar Dinge verbessert werden, ist das ein gutes Haus…

Die Zimmer, waren Unordnung..!

Das Frühstück 🥞 ist wirklich sehr gut 👍

Und das Person dort 👍

Das junge Mädchen an der Rezeption aus Österreich 🇦🇹 war großartig 👏

Die Sauna ist in den Sommer Monaten ausgeschaltet… Juli August …!

Die Bar ist an Abend wegen personal nicht in Betrieb…. Mann sitzt alleine und kein Service…. Die Dach Terrasse ist so cool, aber der Kühlschrank ist so platziert dass die Getränke nicht kalt werden können….. Schade

Und bei der Fussball WM war die Bar leider auch nicht belegt, die Dame meinte

Pros:

Tökéletes hely reggeli tisztaság és személyzet . Nagyon kedvesek a hölgyek a reggelinél azonnal hoznak mindent. A szobát állandóan takarítják adnak bőven törölközőt sőt külön a strandra is

Cons:

Az nem a szálloda hibája hogy a strandon agresszívek a sirályok gyakorlatilag megtámadnak ha enni próbálsz .

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Strand und Garage kostet leider extra.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und entsprach genau den Bildern auf der Website.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: Die Auswahl war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Neben klassischen Frühstücksspeisen gab es verschiedene Milchalternativen, frisch zubereitete Omeletts, eine große Auswahl an Süßspeisen sowie viele weitere hochwertige Produkte.

Auch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage ist aufgrund der vielen Säulen sehr eng. Wenn andere Gäste direkt auf der Begrenzungslinie parken, wird das Ein- und Ausparken mit größeren Fahrzeugen schnell zur Herausforderung. Zusätzlich sind Ein- und Ausfahrt der Garage sehr steil, was insbesondere für tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge problematisch sein kann.
Die Anfahrt ist ebenfalls etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da man direkt durch die Fußgängerzone bis hinter das Hotel fahren muss.

Schade fanden wir außerdem, dass sowohl die Strandliegen als auch das Parken zusätzlich berechnet werden. Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie wäre es wünschenswert, wenn diese Leistungen bereits inkludiert wären.

Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt betrifft den Wellnessbereich: Die ausgeschriebene Familienzeit wurde leider nicht eingehalten. Auch außerhalb dieser Zeiten befanden sich weiterhin Kinder laut spielend und plantschend im Wellnessbereich, wodurch die gewünschte Ruhe leider nicht gegeben war.

Das Bett war sehr hart, das Zimmer etwas zu kühl, aber sind spät draufgekommen dass die Einstellungen mit der Karte im Schlitz verändert werden können ☺️
