Bed 🛌 was clean,comfortable!

Only hotel owners need lots of maintenance to do, I know that hotel very old , need to change few staff and make more clean!

Its location was absolutely fabulous, right next to the DLR, Hammersmith & City and District line, only a short trip to Westfield Stratford and a little shop over the road for if you need anything.
The room was very clean and the bathroom was very modern & new.
The placement of where the TV and fan were was a little confusing, especially as my partner and I are the type of folk who like laying in bed watching tv & it was a little awkward to do so because of this placement.
Very good location to what I had planned for.
The room was appalling, dirty and in need of repair. The bathroom was a challenge - sink blocked up when the water ran. There was no stopper in the sink either. I did ask at reception for the sink to be unblocked and if a stopper could be provided. In reply to getting a stopper, ‘we don’t use them’.
The shower has mildew in the grouting, the shower head did not spray water, it just came down the piping. Also, there was no cover at the drain and so it was difficult to move around the shower area.
Overall, in the 4 day stay, I only slept in the room and tried to be away from the hotel as much as possible.
The location was perfect for me but that is about all I can say positively about this place.
Not a fan of leaving bad reviews, but this place...The walls were dirty, the wall to wall carpet was so filthy, I put down one of the towels to walk over it without shoes on. The bathroom door was dirty, I guess noone ever thinks about cleaning that, there was black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and on the window...I understand this is a cheap place, but come on!
It is super close to the DLR and Tube stations, just two stops from Stratford. Opposite there is ASDA, downstairs there is a kitchen and you can prepare your meals there.
