It is super close to the DLR and Tube stations, just two stops from Stratford. Opposite there is ASDA, downstairs there is a kitchen and you can prepare your meals there.
It was good location for the tube and for the wedding venue.
I was aware it was affordable, so I was expecting a modest room. It was far too expensive for the state of the room.
The sockets were coming loose from the wall and were unusable.
The fan provided was broken and couldn't adjust the speed or the spin. It was far too loud to sleep with it on. The room was stuffy and suffocating due to the hot weather, but the fan was horrible to use.
The shower was looking unappealing, rusty and dirty. I didn't manage to take a shower properly as it was sputtering. The shower door wasn't closing at all, and it was bigger than the shower cubicle, so there was hardly any room inside because of the extra door that was in the way. The shower head was unadjustable, so it was impossible not to get my hair wet or constantly be splashed with water on the face. Showering was just a horrible experience.
The bathroom itself had gunk and residue built up everywhere and the tiles were filthy, very disgusting!
The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable but that's just about it.
The staff was very rude and unwelcoming.
I wouldn't recommend it unless you're absolutely desperate.

Furnitures and the room could be improved. the set up of the room was too compact. you could re arrange and make it a more minimalist room since it is already a small room

Just old and bare
Excellent location for what I needed, clean and comfortable. Not the most glamorous hotel you’ll find but excellent value. If you want posh, pay for it. This is what you need when working away and that suits me perfectly.
For the price I can’t think of anything. Not the hotel’s fault but the bus into the city always takes longer than I expect!
