Für einen Städtetrip absolut zweckmäßig. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, Bus und Bahnhaltestelle fast direkt vor der Türe.

Posizione centrale, discreto comfort
Pros:

Posizione ottima, in centro e vicina alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici (bus e metro). Personale gentile. La colazione compresa nel prezzo è adeguata.

Cons:

Camera matrimoniale e bagno di dimensioni contenute, manca un armadio ma ci sono soltanto dei piccoli vani e qualche gruccia appendiabiti. Pulizia del pavimento migliorabile. Serratura della porta di ingresso leggermente difettosa, un pò faticosa da aprire e chiudere.

Carcassonne y Albi salían a 3 minutos del hotel.
la habitación tenía un tamaño normal y el baño era muy grande. Doble cristal insonoriza la habitación. El aire acondicionado muy potente.

Cons:

Lo que es l recepción es pequeña y la gente desayuna ahí mismo. Solo hay servicios en las habitaciones.

Lage nahe des Stadtzentrums

Cons:

Der Platz zum Frühstücken ist leider zu klein und das Frühstück eher unterdurchschnittlich.
Wir haben ein Parkticket für die Garage Jeanne d‘Arc im Hotel bezahlt mit einer Anweisung, wie wir in der Garage verfahren sollen. Nur hat das leider nicht funktioniert und wir mussten doppelt zahlen. Das Hotel bietet uns zwar eine Rückerstattung an, Aber nur gegen Zusendung der Originalbelege. Das ist nach dem Urlaub und aus Deutschland etwas Umständlich. Warum nicht per Fotobeleg?
