Primavera Mini Hotel

The hotel is in a beautiful setting in an old building in the centre of Perugia. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I was given a warm welcome when I arrived. The area was quiet at night, and the location is great for exploring Perugia.

What a lovely place! I want to especially call out the hospitality and kindness of Chiara, and her husband, who made sure I felt so comfortable staying there - particularly as a solo female traveller. From carrying my bags up the stairs to booking me a taxi, giving me recommendations for things to see and do - they really went above and beyond. The room itself was clean, comfortable and the shower in particular was amazing! Would strongly recommend a stay here for anyone who is visiting Perugia.

Die Besitzerin war äusserst nett. Die Kommunikation sehr effizient. Das Zimmer entsprach den Bildern. Wer kann sollte sich das Dachzimmer nehmen. Herrliche Aussicht. Mitten im Zentrum - ideal gelegen.

L’albergo si trova nel centro storico di Perugia, la vista dalla finestra della camera è spettacolare. L’accoglienza è stata la migliore che potessimo avere. Sempre presenti in camera caffè, snack, acqua, addirittura la prima sera al rientro abbiamo trovato uno spumante con i bicchieri e dei cioccolatini ( probabilmente è stato un omaggio per festeggiare il mio compleanno). Camera pulita , letto molto comodo, insomma tutto perfetto. Torneremo

I loved this family-owned hotel! It's the best. Really exceeded my expectations. The size - much bigger than my hotel in Rome - the decor was LOVELY, lots of wood furniture, handmade window curtains, great shower in the bathroom, a desk/table to eat at or work at, a luggage stand, 2 hardwood chairs, great lighting, stylish mirror, big closet with enough hangers, mini-fridge. And the bonus was a shared kitchen area just down the hall, with tables/chairs/microwave/candy...
The owner was friendly and so helpful. I do wish I had taken the time to understand about Perugia's MiniMetro and Pellini scale mobili before coming, because it was actually so easy to access the hotel from the train station. Parking next to the hotel is NOT an option, but I didn't have a car so that didn't matter to me.

La camera singola era molto piccola ma molto curata e con tutto l'essenziale. Ottima la pulizia e la vicinanza al centro e alla linea minimetro.
Per una notte il soggiorno presso la struttura era perfetto.

The hotel is centrally located, with wonderful views; is very well appointed in every way; and the owners could not be more friendly or helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, very close to the city center, which made everything easily accessible. The terrace (from room 40) offers an incredible view over the city - definitely a highlight. The hosts were very kind and accommodating, especially with flexibile check-in/check-out. Overall, this is a place I would definitely recommend.

Struttura accogliente e con un panorama mozzafiato, uno dei tanti che Perugia ti regala. Letto e cuscini comodi, acqua e bustine del thè sempre rimpiazzate, teli bagno cambiati e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera piccolina ma se sei da sola va benissimo. Sei praticamente in centro, tra qualche salita e qualche discesa. Uscendo dalla struttura e salendo a destra ti troverai dopo qualche metro davanti il teatro Morlacchi, zona di universitari ma tranquillissima. Ogni angolo è ricco di storia e bellezza. Consiglio di visitare tutto: il museo in corso Vannucci, Perugia sotterranea in piazza Maggiore e il pozzo etrusco sempre in centro. C'è tanto da vedere, molte cose a pagamento ovviamente, ma i panorami sono tutti regalati! Un'esperienza bellissima che rifarei altre 1000 volte. Consiglio.

Molto comoda per visitare il centro di Perugia è situata a pochi passi da un parcheggio ( a pagamento ) ma che tramite le scale mobili rende accessibile e comodo l’accesso al centro storico

A small lovely hotel in the historic building in the old town of Perugia. A short walk to all the places. The hotel is spotlessly clean and rooms are equipped with everything you need (coffee, tea, croissant included). The staff is extremely polite, communicative and helpful.
