Friendly hotel, but needs some tlc
Pros:

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Pasta was yummy, and it felt homely. Good, inexpensive location for Rome if you are driving or happy to Uber.

The bedrooms and corridors need renovating.

Pros:

Great location great pool....nice environment and away form the hustle and bustle of Rome

Cons:

SO THE FRONT DESK STAFF need to caliberate and adjust to non-Italian guests as they only have one speed whihcv is the Italian speed that while ok in the Italian Pennisula but does not address the global guests...the breakfast was good. The place doe snot have ice (which is easy to make)

La struttura era vecchia e non penso a norma. Stanze con porte antipanico e senza lampari l unica illuminazione erano le lampade da comodino. Non può essere una struttura da 4 stelle
