Pros:

The staff was really kind and helpful. I have no idea why I read the opposite even in relatively recent reviews.

The bank of Alte Donau, which the hotel is almost adjacent to, is a really nice place for walks. Event venues ACV and VIC are in walking distance.

Cons:

Internet access through WiFi was often interrupted for minutes. The room (with a roof window facing west) was a bit warmer than ideal.

Pros:

It is one of the cheapest options in Vienna with private bathroom and convenient location. You can park for free on the on the neighboring streets from Friday after 10 p.m. till Monday morning

Cons:

This is a big hotel with lots of rooms, but there is no proper sound insulation. Our room smelled bad, as if someone had been smoking there before. However, it was possible to open the window and sleep that way. The pillows were awful. There is also something like a bar on the ground floor near the reception, so you also get drunk people as a bonus during your stay.

Soba nema ni stolic ni foteljicu kao na slici. Ako zelis privremeno ostaviti kofer nakon odjave mozes ga ostaviti na vlastitu odgovornost kraj prazne recepcije. Na recepciji uglavnom nema nikog. Na podu stari tapison, a jastuci su za smece.

Nicht erreuchbar, zimmer mit baby gebucht und dann fenster zur hauptstraße, 0 belüftungsmlglichkeiten, viel zu heiß und stickig, wände dreckig, betten schlimmer als im militär, extremes raucherzimmer vom dreck und geruch. Nur scheiße
