Pros:

A reasonably priced place considering there is private bathroom/toilet and ample area for one person. As a hotel, check in was easy (some check in places nowadays could be tricky). Even as a relatively old hotel, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

My room was right by the road, which can be an issue with the traffic for some. It is outside the core touristic area, hence, for people without any means of transport would have to opt for public transport, which may be an issue considering the price if you are staying for a night (but subjective). A small suggestion for the hotel would be to provide a glass for drinking water and a garbage can in the room (having a water kettle would be a plus).

Pros:

Boa localização (perto do metrô), camas confortáveis e banheiro bom. Me hospedaria novamente.

Cons:

O wi-fi não funcionava no meu quarto, no primeiro dia fez muito calor e não tinha ventilador como prometido e o hotel não faz limpeza nos quartos (eles so trocam as toalhas e tiram o lixo)

Pros:

La posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro e con un grosso centro commerciale con tutti i servizi vicini.
Zona ben frequentata di sera per i turisti che tornano tardi coi mezzi pubblici.
Struttura molto molto economica.

Cons:

La pulizia un po' così così ed il rassettare camera e cambio asciugamani non sempre avvenuto.
Per quanto pagato, e per le nostre esigenze (dormire e doccia) andava comunque più che bene.

Cons:

Man hat das Lattenrost durch die Matratze gespürt. Es war unerträglich laut und das Fenster bei großer Hitze unmöglich zu öffnen. Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar an einer Hauptverkehrsader. Keine Empfehlung!
