Everything!!!! Lovely staff comfortable bed Breakfast was plentiful and a varied selection Buffet style with a choice of cooked and continental style. Very tasty Served in the breakfast room downstairs.
Staff were super friendly and polite
Room was a little bit small but had a Fridge and microwave So very well catered for.

The lady who worked in the lobby was extremely dismissive and rude to me
The friendly welcome on arrival and offer of water while checking in. We were offered a choice of rooms and choose the first floor with view at the front. We were offered a map and money off vouchers for local eateries. The room was small, but very clean and had everything we needed, toiletries, tea/coffee/bottled water and snacks. There was an also a fan in the room.
Breakfast was included in the price and had everything we needed, with a choice of cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, scrambled eggs beans and toast. The staff in the dining room were friendly and helpful.
The location is good for Paddington station and the area has plenty eateries and pubs.

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, very clean and excellent location close Paddington station and Lancaster Gate tube station. Quiet area, very comfy beds and even 2 powerful fans in the room to tackle the heat! Was able to leave luggage in the hotels luggage storage from check out until our train 6 hours later with no issue at all. Really pleasant stay and would recommend!
No fault of the staff or hotel, the guests staying in the room directly above ours were extremely noisy from 11.30pm. I spoke to staff at 3.15am who said they'd investigate and we did get a solid hour of quiet from upstairs, but then it continued from 4.30am till 7.10am which meant little sleep. The staff did what they could, and at least the bed was very comfy!

Die Lage für einige Tage London ist super. Paddington Station liegt 5 Minuten Gehweg entfernt. Von hier kommt man überall schnell hin.

Das Badezimmer was sehr klein und hatte kein Fenster. Die Türen waren nicht sehr gut abgedichtet, sodass es etwas hellhörig ist. Das Bett ist für 2 Personen eher schmal

L amabilité incroyable du personnel. Ils m ont contacté pour me prévenir que j avais oublié mes écouteurs. Ne pouvant pas les récupérer avant 10 jours ils m ont gentiment proposé de les garder. A notre arrivée, on nous a même proposé de choisir une glace et de pouvoir choisir entre 2 chambres. Des gens incroyables! Il y avait du choix pour le petit déjeuner

The breakfast was good. The location was great. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean.
The rooms were too tiny. The bathrooms too small. In the end when you pay 170 euros you expect a bit more confort. The beds were too springy.
The staff were all very pleasant. The people who checked me in were lovely, gave me a very welcome ice lolly and bottled water, due to the heat! The fan was also on in the room when I arrived which was welcome.
The location was great, very close to Paddington station and a nice walk down to Hyde Park.
The room was very basic and a bit tired, it did say I would have a town view but the window looked on to a bin area and did not let any light in. The downstairs area was very noisy, with banging doors from above.
