ABC Hyde Park Hotel

Alles sehr eng, steile Treppe,für gehbeeinträchtigte Personen nicht geeignet. Infrastruktur veraltet: Treppenhaus mit schmuddeligen Teppichen, Türen abgesagt, bei Feuer kein sicherer Notausgang, äusserst enger Frühstücksraum.

There are t&c pretty much in any trade and the flexibility in following the rules is variable depending on the business policy itself, how much money you mean to them and etc. I know how business work, I have run few myself so I do know customer service very well too. So when I am denied a room for a break in T&C no matter how stupid it important (that’s not my jobto judge this: my job is to read them accept and face the consequences if I mess up) I don’t protest to the slightest: I take the defeat and leave, even if it’s just past midnight, I am a trans woman and around there’s only prostitutes, drug dealers and dodgy characters (had great time trying to to get killed but as I said my fault so it is what it is). But if a manager tells me “Don’t worry about the refund, you just need to contact booking.com and they will process it promptly” I do expect this to be the truth. When I receive an email the following day saying “the property is denying the refund” I start slightly losing my impeccable manners and start feeling like a cat when you tease with the red dot. In short I don’t like cheaters and thieves. I would have sadly accepted the denial of a refund if that happened in person at my arrival.I am 5 feet 11 tall and weight 6 stones and I am a trans woman: pls don’t tell me you lied to me because you were a scared for your safety and just wanted me to go. What could I possibly have done to a tall, muscular and slightly rude man? Throw him my hairpiece?

Everything i liked no dislikes at all

O fato de terem muitas escadas mesmo. Não tenho frescura com essas coisas, mas nessa hospedagem as escadas são muitas mesmo. Fiquei no 4º andar e alem de serem muitas, são bem estreitas o que dificulta bastante o trânsito.

De não ter sabido que não havia elevador, ter um problema no joelho e ter que subir um 3°andar varias vezes durante 5 dias.

Unfortunately, without air conditioning, the hotel can get quite warm during heatwaves or warmer days in London. Even though the weather was not particularly hot during my stay, the hotel was still quite warm, which made it harder to sleep at night. Not an issue during the winter.

das Bad ist zu klein

Tilaa näissä saisi olla enemmän mutta sekin oli jo etukäteen tiedossa, niin ei tullut yllätyksenä. Ja tämän hintaluokan brittihotelleissa huoneet ovat aika pieniä, jos haluaa enemmän tilaa, niin lisää dollareita tiskiin ja etsimään toista hotellia. Muuten ei ollut valittamista ja kuten sanottu, niin hinta-laatusuhde oli oikein hyvä.
