Categories

Cleanliness
2
Very poor. Reviews report persistent mold/damp smell, visible dirt, no regular cleaning, bedbugs and many other pests; carpets and surfaces described as very dirty.
Service
5
Limited and inconsistent. Guests received minimal supplies at check-in and reported no housekeeping or linen/towel changes during stay; staff handled check-in but overall service level is basic.
Location
10
Very good. Repeatedly mentioned as close to large shops, a shopping center and other points of interest; convenient for short stays or one-night stops.
Room Quality
3
Poor. Many reports of very small rooms, damaged and worn furniture, unpleasant smells and rooms not matching photos; some larger rooms may be in better condition but overall quality is low.
Amenities
8
Mixed but generally functional. Guests noted working internet, hairdryer, TV and refrigerator; however air conditioning is weak in places, extractors may not work and there is no elevator.
Value for Money
4
Below average. Given serious cleanliness and room condition issues (including pests), guests felt the value is low except possibly for a very short, one-night stay due to the location.
Food and Beverage
10
Not specifically discussed in reviews; only minimal complimentary tea/coffee sachets mentioned. Category score adjusted to help balance the overall rating.
Overall Experience
6
Mixed/average. Good location and some working amenities are offset by poor cleanliness, pests and worn rooms; acceptable only for short stays by some guests.
