Die Lage und die Sauberkeit

Cons:

Das Frühstück zu teuer! Man müsste die Möglichkeit haben eine Tasse Kaffee und ein Brötchen oder Croissant für den halben Preis zu bekommen, wenn man nicht unbedingt ein Buffet möchte!

Cons:

Die Heizung hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Das Zimmer war kalt bei Ankunft und die Heizkörper wurden nur lauwarm. Im Bad konnte auch nicht geheizt werden. Der Rezeptionist konnte leider nicht helfen. Glücklicherweise war die Bettwäsche/-decke gut. Und es war nur für eine Nacht.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals die Unterstützung beim Zimmerwunsches!
Die Lage und die Sauberkeit!

Cons:

Die veralteten Zimmertüren mit Schlüssel ! Abgesehen davon, dass es unpraktisch ist, ist es auch unbeschreiblich laut, wenn der Nachbar ins Zimmer geht.
Das man Beim Frühstück nur Filter Kaffee bekommt! Cappuccino nur zum vollen Preis von über 4 Euro!

Sehr gutes Hotel, das ich wieder besuchen würde.
Pros:

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter.
Großartiges Frühstücksbuffet.
Sehr gepflegtes Hotel in einem hervorragenden Zustand.
Sehr gute kostenfreie Parplatzsituation.
Gutes Wlan.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig.
Das ist mein einziger Kritikpunkt.

Abgewohntes, dreckiges Zimmer.
Cons:

Als ich um 21:00 Uhr ankam, war die Rezeption schon nicht mehr besetzt. Da ich kurzfristig gebucht hatte, hatte ich auch keinen Code für den Keysafe erhalten. Nach einem etwas mühsamen Anruf einer Handynummer, habe ich einen Code und schließlich den Zimmerschlüssel erhalten.
Im relativ dunklen Hotel ging es erst ein paar Stufen hoch, dann wieder eine Treppe runter und schließlich ein Stockwerk tiefer. Das Zimmer befand sich quasi im Keller. Aus dem Fenster guckte man auf Höhe der Grasnarbe durch ein Gebüsch
Das Zimmer war sehr einfach ausgestattet und abgewohnt. Das Bad war vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden, leider war es nicht sauber: Silberfisch in der Duschwanne, verschimmelte Silikonfugen, braune Sprenkel an der Wand, die sich leicht mit trockenem Toipapier entfernen ließen. Hier wurde nicht richtig geputzt.
Am nächsten morgen wollte ich mich beim Auschecken darüber beschweren bzw. dem Hotel eine Chance zur Kulanz geben. Die Rezeption sollte ab 7:00 Uhr besetzt sein - war sie aber nicht. Andere Gäste wollten auch auschecken und mussten ebenfalls warten. Schließlich hat eine Dame, die das Frühstück bereitet ausgecheckt und meine Beschwerde aufgenommen. Es wurde mir versprochen, dass sich das Hotel bei mir dazu meldet. Es kam jedoch keine Reaktion.
Den verhältnismäßig günstigen Preis habe ich jederzeit im Hotel bereut.
