Rejuvenating and relaxing stay!
Pros:

Check in staff was very friendly, and we were able to get into our room a bit early. The food was excellent at the restaurant! The spa amenities were a welcome treat. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Charmantes Hotel mit Top Personal
Pros:

Zimmer ist genügend gross, da funktional, 2 Schränke und einen Tisch. Ich hätte gerne eine Kofferablage gehabt.

Bad ist klein, hat aber trotzdem viel Ablagefläche, und die Dusche ist gross. Ich liebe die Pflegeprodukte. Seife, Duschen/Shampoo und Bodylotion.

Minibar und Wasserkocher nicht im Zimmer . Hat aber alles im Rezeptionsbereich. Man kann sich bedienen, inkl. Gläser , und aufschreiben, was man genommen hat. Persönlich finde ich das noch praktischer.

Spa Bereich klein aber fein. Massage war top.

Frühstück hervorragend. Alles, was das Herz begehrt in super Qualität (Schinken, Käse, Brote ), Säfte, Früchte etc ; Prosecco; Eierspeisen à la carte

Restaurant: Essen gut, besonders das Tatar war sehr fein. Weine in Flaschen gute Auswahl , Weine offen leider gar nicht. Aber das wollen sie offenbar ändern. Service sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Zimmer : VIEL ZU HEISS ! (Keine AC). Man kriegt die Hitze nicht raus, auch wenn nachts die Temperaturen unter 20° sind, weil die Fenster heiss werden innen, sobald die Sonne scheint, wenn die Aussentemperatur bei >=28° liegt. Auch der Ventilator half nicht. Keine Fensterläden. Ausserdem ging das Zimmer auf die Strasse raus, und es war bis lange in der Nacht draussen sehr laut von Leuten, aber auch von vielem Durchgangsverkehr (dieser ging am Morgen auch früh schon wieder los).

4-Stern Hotel mit hohem Preis Niveau, aber keine Kaffeemaschine und kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Frühstück erst ab 7.30 Uhr möglich. Schade, das Hotel selber und das Personal ist mega.
