Beautiful boutique hotel
Pros:

This hotel was perfect, the facility itself is beautiful and modern while keeping the character of a vintage hotel. The room was small but well laid out and clean. The staff were all lovely, and the breakfast was the best I've ever had a hotel anywhere.

1. The breakfast was very nice and fancy. The best actually of all the places we've been.
2. We had a nice and quiet room, very cozy.

Cons:

1. We dined in the evening at their Michelin restaurant - the food was not what we expected, it was bad actually. The menu Legende di terra was not inspired at all, or maybe the chef was sick that day, I don't know. Also, for that price we had some expectations related to the service.
2. No chair in the room for the desk and almost non-existent space to put your things. The curtain from the shower....not very hygenic.

L'hotel è piccolo e ben curato. Personale attento e disponibile. Il servizio SPA è un plus che non tutti si possono permettere. Posizione della struttura centrale, seppur non si va a Linguaglossa per passeggiare in centro. Servizio massaggi ottimo, con prezzi corretti. L'attrattiva principale, nonché il motivo per cui la struttura supera di gran lunga la sufficienza è il ristorante: piccolo e scialbo in realtà, ma non occorrono particolari orpelli per arricchire la bontà dei piatti dello chef, che ti coccola con pietanze ricercate, interessanti e lussuose.

Cons:

Le stanze sono piccole. La nostra era poco luminosa ed un po' anonima. Nel manage di benvenuto mancavano i bicchieri, seppur c'era una bottiglia d'acqua, e ritengo mancassero anche dei pasticcini, caramelle o qualcosa del genere, perché c'era un'alzatina in vetro, senza che vi fosse alcunché al suo interno. Bagno enorme, ma poco luminoso e povero di set cortesia (cucito, cotton fiock, spugnetta scarpe et simila). Tenda della doccia, invece che box rigido, con la conseguenza che la tenda ti si attacca addosso quando ti fai la doccia. Un solo comodino in camera da letto e pochi appoggi per i bagagli. Nessuna tenda oscurante nella finestra piccola della stanza, né in quella del bagno. Porta del bagno dura e non a chiusura totale. Letto un po' rumoroso. Percorso benessere povero e carissimo, rapportato a quanto offerto come beverage (tisane, acqua, succo), e a quanto offerto come snack (niente torte, niente frutta secca, niente di niente), cosa che a 60 euro all'ora a persona ti aspetti. Parcheggio solo in strada.

Fantastic tasting menu, and a very comfortable couple of nights stay. Staff did everything to help us.
Pros:

Shalai is a Michelin rated restaurant, the rooms very comfortable, Massage was very relaxing. I highly recommend. Linguaglossa it’s very convenient access to Mount Etna Nord.

A spectacular hidden gem!
Pros:

Everything! This is an extraordinary gem of a hotel. From the elegant and intimate spa, to the on staff masseuse, to the extraordinary (Michelin Star) restaurant to the staff and the room itself. This is a fantastic hotel at a great price.
