Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

L’emplacement, le calme, la propreté, la déco, la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Le faite que ce soit trop étroit, étriqué. Les espaces sont très petits (couloir, ascenseur, la réception, la salle du petit déjeuner, le buffet,…) dans les chambres il n’y a pas de places pour circuler, les placards ne sont pas assez grand pour 4 personnes et surtout aucun rangement dans la salle de bain, ni étagère ni support. Il faudrai des petites veilleuses dans les chambres car il n’y a que la lumière principale qui est trop forte pour le soir et au petit matin. De plus les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultants. Et enfin il faudrait un mini frigo car quand il fait très chaud ou qu’on a des aliments à conserver au frais c’est impossible s’il n’y a pas de frigo.

Die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Direkt am Bahnhof Earls Court. Alle Touristischen Hotspots und Heathrow sind schnell zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind recht eng und die Betten sehr klein. In den Einzelbetten sollte man nicht schlafen wenn man über 190cm lang ist.
Das Frühstück nennt sich Kontinental ist aber ein wenig knapp in der Auswahl.

Posiziome strategica, vicina alla metro e a molti locali e servizi, disponibilita' del.personale, varieta' della colazione, pulizia segli ambienti

Cons:

La camera tripla e' uma singola decisamente piccola. Impossibile aprire le valigie, un appendino sostituiace l'armadio, assenza di mensole o ripiani a parete

It's a scam! Stay away from this hotel! When I arrived the hotel they refused to give me a room which is confirmed on booking and asked more than 2x fee. I did not accept the new fee and they have just canceled my reservation on my arrival date! I had to find a last minute accommodation for an expensive price.
The staff was horrible, extremely rude. I asked them to solve the issue as I have my reservation on booking but they said that either I will pay the new fee or no room. The only solution they offered me was reporting this cancelation to booking.com as they have zero responsibility on reservations which have made on booking.com.
