A very well managed accommodation on an attractive street in a convenient part of the city.

Really good, exceeded expectations
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, really good continental breakfast, polite staff. Room was a bit on the small side but was a single and adequate. Could do with a bedside shelf/table ie somewhere to put a drink. Really close to Earls Court station. Will be my first choice for B & B from now on

Pros:

Struttura esterna in tipico stile londinese, molto carina e caratteristica.
Posizione ottima per gli spostamenti in metropolitana.
Accoglienza gentile, cordiale e premurosa.

Cons:

Camera carina, ma molto piccola, con un bagno davvero mignon.
La colazione è risultata piuttosto scarsa e ripetitiva, servita in una sala al piano terra di dimensioni molto limitate.
Anche la pulizia delle lenzuola sarebbe da migliorare.

Good value for money.
Pros:

The staff from the front door to the breakfast were kind and welcoming. I requested a quiet room and was exactly that. even though I was in front of the street there was no sound. the air conditioning was working perfect. it made my stay more enjoyable cause was very warm outside during my visit. Continental breakfast was included in my visit and were more than plenty of options for anyone. the area clean and options delicious. Bathroom was cleaned and shower was spacious and working without troubles. Overall great hotel and good single room. There is a small lift (elevator) - Do not complain, this is a historic old house converted into hotel to go to the breakfast room, at the basement, you still need to do a couple of stairs down from the lift.
They offered to keep my bags after check out at the lobby if I have a late travel (this was a plus for me).
The hotel is just walking distance of one of the tube station (earl court) with useful train (Piccadilly line and district line)

Cons:

Only to help others but was not a major issue to me. Bathroom was slightly too small almost the size of a cruise ship bathroom. if you are a big person or has difficult mobility maybe will be tight.
As the room is small (single room) there is no space for a bed side table.
The closet is small and has enough space for only few clothing for no more than 3 days of stay.
The neighbourhood is not as good. There were people smoking weed everyday during the day when you go out of the hotel and group of people in the corners but as hotel is close to the Tube station it is impossible to avoid this situation.

Great location for a short stay in London.
Pros:

Great location with friendly staff. The shower has excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The rooms feature high ceilings, lots of natural light, are quiet at night, and have modern, easy-to-use air conditioning units.

Cons:

No fridge in the room, and the space is so limited you couldn’t swing a kitten, let alone a cat. The beds could definitely use new mattresses.
