Great value, excellent location, incredible staff

Excellent location, exceptional staff, good breakfast

Cons:

We ended up with probably the smallest room which meant I, as the shortest person, got to sleep with a suitcase at the end of my bed. Perfectly adequate but tiny room, 104.

Reserve this hotel
Pros:

Everyone was kind and willing to help. Jay, at the front desk, was especially kind and helped me with questions regarding Amsterdam. The breakfast was delicious, and you can get coffee, chocolate, water, ice, etc., at any time. Regarding the location, it is next to Amsterdam Central Station. The room was always clean and comfy. I’ll definitely try to come back to this hotel on my next trip.

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
Pros:

Top Lage. Hauptbahnhof auch mit Gepäck sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Charmantes, gemütliches, kleines Hotel. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Auf unsere Nachfrage nach Margarine zum Frühstück (wegen einer Lebensmittelunverträglichkeit) wurde uns innerhalb von 5 Minuten aus dem nahegelegenen Supermarkt eine besorgt.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Auswahl und Abwechslung beim Frühstück.

The very friendly staff were key to me having a nice stay.
Pros:

Well located. Good breakfast. Very friendly. Comfortable and clean. Inexpensive for central Amsterdam.

Cons:

Small room. Can hear neighbors through the thin walls. No microwave, refrigerator or coffee in room, which isn’t too bad because a nice breakfast is provided.

Posizionato di fronte alla stazione centrale,a fianco ha il supermercato,distributore bevande automatiche in funzione H24, deposito bagagli custodito dopo chek out,personale super cortese, ha l'ascensore(non scontato ad Amsterdam), bagno ampio vista la media delle strutture, letti comodi e camere silenziose

La poca varietà della colazione.Presenti; cornetti,uova sode,prosciutto, formaggio,pane,muesli,latte,oltre che le bevande alla macchinetta automatica disponibile h24.Per noi sufficiente,ma chi è più pretenzioso è bene che lo sappia.C'è da considerare che la maggior parte delle strutture neanche ha la colazione o comunque sono poco fornite

Had dit hotel gekozen om de goede score, maar twijfel of dit correct is.
Pros:

Personeel super lief, top locatie. Badkamer vrij klein, wel alles aanwezig maar zo een slecht licht, je kan je als vrouw niet schminken. Ook niets extra's, zoals douchekapje of bodymilk. Heel kleine kamer.....Ook daar heel slecht licht. Wel goede bedjes. en redelijk stil.

Cons:

Beetje triestig ontbijt. Afgebakken croissant, brood enkel lekker als het in de rooster ging. Enkel hard gekoot ei, beetje beleg. Als je niet aan de eerste vier tafels kan zitten zit je ook weer in een redelijk donker afgezonderd plaatsje.
