Atendimento e localização imbatíveis em Bogotá
Pros:

Todo o staff do hotel é maravilhoso, equipe extremamente prestativa e disposta a tornar a experiência incrível. A localização do hotel é excelente, próxima à AK7 e ao ponto do ônibus que leva ao aeroporto. As camas são confortáveis e todo o quarto estava limpo e foi mantido diariamente em ordem. Travesseiros e colchão muito bons! Os itens de banho oferecidos são de qualidade e muito cheirosos.

Good room but terrible staff

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean, convenient location

Cons:

Toilet flushes were very difficult. But the worst was the staff. We got our room key stuck on the door (very old wobbly mechanism) and eventually we were in a situation with an open door but no way to close it. The staff said we had to wait for the locksmith but no idea how long so I asked for another room. Then the other room was in another building without lift and we got no help with the bags. In the whole situation there were 2 staff members involved and they NEVER said sorry or apologies or anything, just acted like it was our problem. I'll never stay here again.
