Las habitaciones de las suites tienen escalones, y subir maletas por escaleras es complicado, al igual que bajar las escaleras, cuando llegue el lunes 20 las subi yo, luego para bajarlas buscaron a alguien de la torre de enfrente, pero por que yo lo pedì, entonces sugiero que es algo que Ustedes deben ofrecer, sonaria diferente si dijeran: "desea que le suba las maletas, dejelas aqui que yo se las subo" o yo se las bajo cuando sea el caso.
