Great location. Staff generally very helpful. Enjoyed the spa pool and area. The gratis cocktails were a lovely touch. Great location.

Everything was great. It is well decorated in all rooms as well as in the commun areas

The hotel was in a perfect location close to the main square and other services. Elliott and his colleagues were superb. We had 2 separate stays on the first we had some minor issues. However on our return we were upgraded to a suite which was huge. The breakfast in the courtyard was excellent with plenty of choices. Can't speak highly enough of the staff. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Das Casa Cartagena hat meinen Aufenthalt in Cusco einfach perfekt gemacht. Schon im Vorfeld glänzte die Rezeption mit einer äusserst aufmerksamen Vorbereitung. Die Angestellten waren durchgehend unglaublich nett und freundlich. Ein absolutes Highlight war das fantastische Zimmer-Upgrade, über das ich mich riesig gefreut habe. Es gab wirklich nicht das Geringste zu beanstanden – ich würde dieses grossartige Hotel jederzeit sofort wieder buchen!

El único, pero es que la cama está muy baja por el tipo de mobiliario tan moderno que no cuadra con el estilo del edificio.
me hubiera gustado otro tipo de decoración y sobre todo la cama de altura normal.

Absolutamente tudo, desde a atenção mesmo antes de realizarmos o check-in (deixamos nossas malas lá enquanto fazíamos a trilha Salkantay), no dia do check in estava tudo organizado já no quarto, com chá e doces de boas vindas. O quarto e o banheiro são super espaçosos, cama confortável. Café da manhã excelente com muitas opções gostosas. A parte do spa é top também. Localização muito boa, embora bem central, não é uma rua de grande circulação ou barulho. A equipe maravilhosa e extremamente atenciosa. Amamos tudo!

Tasteful and beautiful quiet luxury hotel with excellent and personal services.

Un endroit formidable ! Le cadre est sublime, au calme et bien placé a proximité des sites clés de la ville.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables avec un petit déjeuner excellent et un espace détente (piscine, salle de sport et spa) très agréable.

Le personnel est aux petits soins, d’une grande gentillesse et efficacité. Nous avons apprécié leur accueil chaleureux, leur accompagnement ainsi que toutes les petites attentions qui nous ont été apportées et qui sont à la hauteur du standing voulu.

Lovely property. Great location, within walking distance from attractions and restaurants, but far enough from the center to remain quiet even on busier nights. Our room was cleaned twice a day and even towels got changed twice if we had used them, which I hadn't experienced before in a hotel. The staff were also very friendly and service-minded. Bonus: we loved our complimentary pisco sour. The bartender did a great job!
