We loved everything, from the central location to the bedrooms and bathrooms and the wonderful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous breakfast (best during our tour of Peru) and the team made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, all the staff were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Excellent value for money!

Beautiful hotel in lovely grounds. Staff are so helpful and they arranged for some laundry to be undertaken even though there wasn't a formal service on a Sunday. Lovely spa.
I couldn't cool the room down or open a window so felt very hot at night which affected my breathing, especially at altitude. I really should have asked!
Beautiful restored building tastefully decorated with a lovely well tended garden. The location in Cusco is exceptional but the courtyard design means the rooms are quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive contributing to a homely experience. Nice touches like an airport transfer and complimentary cocktail each evening added to the experience.

The air conditioning was not working and the room was cold. The cleaning staff messed up our things.
We adored so much this hotel that we were thinking until the last moment to add an additional night to our stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to do it due to our other commitments. Difficult to tell what the best thing in this hotel was. The room was spacious and comfortable, including the bathroom (with EU-style toilet). The bed was comfortable as well. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was rich and tasty, the restaurant of the hotel offers a wide variety of quality Peruvian food (the waiters of the hotel are super nice). The location of the hotel is excellent, you can reach the very city centre with a couple of minutes walk.
I find the 10 am check out time a bit too early. This is the only non-positive thing we experienced.

Beautiful property in an excellent location close to the main square. Very hospitable staff , very good restaurant both for breakfast and dinner. Decoration exceptional.
The old wooden flooring whilst beautiful to look at leads to a little noise which can be heard from the room above, however this didn’t really impact our stay.
