Enttäuschendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Wir haben eine Nacht im Auracher Löchl in Kufstein verbracht und für ein Doppelzimmer inklusive Frühstück 210 Euro bezahlt. Bei diesem Preis hatten wir deutlich höhere Erwartungen.

Leider war der Lift während unseres Aufenthalts außer Betrieb, sodass wir unser Gepäck bis in den vierten Stock zu Fuß tragen mussten. Besonders enttäuschend war zudem die Größe des Zimmers, das für den aufgerufenen Preis extrem klein war. Hinzu kommt, dass im Zimmer keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, was insbesondere an warmen Tagen kaum erträglich ist.

Unverständlich fanden wir außerdem, dass die Parkgarage nicht im Zimmerpreis inkludiert war. Für das Parken wurden zusätzlich 12,50 Euro berechnet, was bei einem ohnehin schon hohen Zimmerpreis wenig kundenfreundlich wirkt.
Auch beim Willkommensdrink gab es Anlass zur Kritik: Obwohl wir zu zweit angereist waren, erhielten wir lediglich einen Getränkegutschein statt zwei Gutscheinen.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück, insgesamt stimmt jedoch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht nicht. Aufgrund der genannten Punkte können wir das Hotel nur eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

In der kleinen Sauna gibt es Reserven !
Dampfbad defekt, keine Ablagen für Brillen und Handtuch. Hohe Rutschgefahr in der Dusche und Duschbad sowie Shampoo stehen auf dem Boden....

Die Einrichtung und der Blick auf den Fluss vom Fenster aus haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Der nächtliche Lärm hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen! Wie sich herausstellte, befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hotels ein Nachtclub, und wir konntwn bis drei Uhr morgens nicht ruhig schlafen.

Rent och snyggt dekorerat rum med skön säng. Lite varmt på rummet och svårt att ha fönstret öppet eftersom det ligger mitt i city. Läget är för övrigt perfekt. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Maten på hotellet var superb.

Perfekte Lage

Wir haben hier zwei Nächte verbracht und dafür war es perfekt. Hotelpersonal: top-top-top-top-top-top-top-top-top-top-top-top-top-top-top-top
Wir hatten das Zimmer New York mit Aussicht auf den Fluss gehabt, 4. Stock. Im Zimmer hatten wir zwei Barstühle, die man zum Fenster stellen konnte und dort man sich wie in einer Bar fühlen konnte. Die Idee ist top. Frühstück ist top, wirklich für alle Menschen mit allen möglichen Lebensmittelproblemen geeignet. Top! Die Einrichtung des Zimmers, dieser moderne voll mit zu vielen Sachen Stil war für mich staubig. Ein RIESIGES LOB für das Zimmermädchen, das diese unnötigen Dekorationen immer entstaubt und sauber hält. Die Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus war für uns in Ordnung. Vielen Dank für die Tourismuskarte. Und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich gebe dem Hotel 10 Punkte. Es gab natürlich Kleinigkeiten, die mir nicht gefallen hat, aber es ist Geschmacksache und das Hotel kann nicht alle Wünsche erfüllen.
