Wonderful, I enjoyed my room even with only a lateral view of the ocean.
Pros:

The location was great for me, a very short walk to restaurants, the beach, and evening activities.
The staff (especially the ladies) at the reception desk and on the floor were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel does not have a parking, however you can park in front of the hotel while you do your check-in. There is a public parking garage right in front of the hotel and a couple of other public parking garages around the hotel. Be aware that it can be "completo" (full)
