Pros:

Perfect location. It had all the amenities I needed, I really appreciated the fridge and coffee machine. Really easy to check in and out.

Cons:

The bed was too soft, in a way that's quite uncomfortable to sleep in. The space was quite cramped, good thing I was by myself.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.
Pros:

The hotel is wonderfully located in the historic part of the Old Town, very close to the waterfront. Our room was spacious, with high ceilings and a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very spacious, with a shower, sink and toilet.

The room had a coffee machine with coffee and cream, as well as a small refrigerator, which was very useful. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. After check-out, we were kindly allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel until our train, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy a walk around the city without our bags.

Cons:

There was a little noise on Friday night, which may be worth considering for those looking for complete peace and quiet, but it was absolutely fine for us.

Good for an overnight stay if you want to be in old town Zürich for a reasonable price
Pros:

Location is prime - especially at the rate. It’s a good spot for one night as we spent the night in the city between our layover flights.

Cons:

The room for two people is extremely small. One night was okay, would not do more.
There is no air conditioning, so fan only. This can get tedious.
The soap / shampoo two in one that they provided was super smelly, and we had to bite it with our teeth to open it.
Note, there is no reception desk overnight or early morning. This is tied in with the bar downstairs.
