Pros:

Отель был очень уютный и приятный. Главное — очень чисто, каждый день убирали номер. В номере всегда приятно пахло цветами. 🌸
Единственный минус — в номере не было холодильника.

Wonderful value for the stay, highly recommend!!
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and the location was easy to get to. The room had a terrific AC unit that kept it cool, and the decor was super cute!

Cons:

The mattresses could use a pillow topper, and the shower is very small.

Decent but one room (out of 3)had bed bugs
Pros:

1. Fabio is a great host, very polite and accommodating

2. Rooms were decent, location of hotel is absolutely the best.

Cons:

We booked 3 rooms.
Rooms 8, 11 & 14.

In room 11 , on the queen bed my wife and toddler slept without any issues. On the single bed in that room , I woke up bitten by BED BUGS ALL OVER MY BODY . Face, neck, back, arms , no spot left

Clean and convenient stay. Hotel offers fairly basic rooms with friendly staff
Pros:

We were traveling for a while so price was a factor in booking this. The reception staff at various times of the day were happy and helpful. The room was small, but not tiny. There was a wardrobe and we could fit 3 suitcases and walk around OK. The bathroom was small too but OK. We knew we were going to use the room to sleeo, and that was about it. The location was easy enough for us to drag our bags down from the main Roma Termini train station. If you're not mobile, then don't attempt to drag your bags.
It had Air conditioning which was a huge plus as the summer was intensely hot.
The breakfast was a sandwhich and pastries, juice. Nice to have the breakfast, but fairlly basic.
It's only a short walk to a hop on hop off bus stop which was handy. About a 15 minute walk to the Coliseum. Plenty of restaurants around.

Cons:

There are 5 or 6 stairs from the foyer to the lift. Not sure how a wheelchair could handle this, probably couldn't. It made it a little hard with a lot of luggage. The lift is small, but typical for these etyle of buildings in Europe.
The shower was tiny. Not able to bend down and pick up soap from the floor, which happened a bit as there was no soap holder!

LOCALIZACION 10/10,Servicio, Limpieza.

Cons:

Un poco incomoda la habitación. No opciones para desayunar sin gluten (solamente café y un bizcocho pequeñito)

Que tenga aire acondicionado, el personal muy agradable y están a tu disposición las 24 horas, además el desayuno es básico pero está genial.

Cons:

El ascensor, ya que es pequeño y caben dos o tres persona como mucho y el hotel está en un 5 piso.

Boa localização

Cons:

O elevador estava avariado, e o hotel fica num quinto andar. No último dia da estadia o elevador foi reparado, mas só conseguimos andar nele uma vez, visto que voltou a avariar. O rececionista do hotel fez-nos sentir que a culpa era nossa. Tivemos de trazer as malas à mão 5 pisos, e o rececionista não nos ajudou nem pediu desculpa pelo sucedido.
