Wszystko było świetnie, na najwyższym poziomie jak zawsze. Dziękuję!

Przy wymeldowaniu o 6 rano 22.06 pracownik recepcji poprosił mnie o ponowną opłatę za pokój (który był już opłacony) albo o ponowną autoryzację karty, mimo że płatność została już pobrana. Przez to straciłam trochę czasu i musiałam wyjść w pośpiechu na pociąg, chociaż wcześniej zaplanowałam sobie spokojne wyjście. Sytuacja zostawiła trochę gorsze wrażenie. Być może pracownik był nowy i była to po prostu pomyłka

Pani z recepcji (blondynka) jeśli ma gorsze dni to nich nie przychodzi do pracy. Nie da się nie zauważyć przewalania oczami, gdy klient pyta o możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania i słyszy, że spróbujemy co da się zrobić. Po czym przychodzi dopytać ponownie po ustalonym czasie. Wystarczy powiedzieć: dzisiaj nie będzie takiej możliwości.

Na pocieszenie przy wymeldowaniu Pani (brunetka) już bardzo miła.
