Pros:

L'emplacement était parfait, situé sur l'île d'Ortigia. Très proche du centre historique, comme du bord de mer. La rue était très calme. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et le personnel vraiment très gentil.

Les toilettes! C'est assez surprenant pour les Français...!

Pros:

It was a very pleasant stay. I loved the location … so convenient. It was a spacious suite, and it had everything one need for a short stay. The front desk ladies were so very helpful. Also the hotel has an affiliates restaurant right in the fish market area - it was brilliant. Fresh seafood and very good white wine. 👍

Lokalizacja zdecydowanie zasługuje na ogromnego plusa. Oprócz tego, wystrój samego obiektu - w pokoju, w którym miałam przyjemność gościć, na suficie widniał fresk, który dodawał pokojowi uroku, który pogłębiał odczucia związane z pobytem w Syrakuzach (fresk przedstawiał obiekty znajdujące się w mieście).

Zaleta hotelu jest również dobre i zróżnicowane śniadanie, z wysokiej jakości produktów. Ponadto, na uznanie zasługuje również cały personel obiektu - od pań na recepcji, po panie, które odpowiedzialne były za cześć restauracyjna - wszyscy byli mili, oraz pomocni. W naszym przypadku, hotel musiałyśmy opuścić wcześnie rano, natomiast przygotowanie nam lunch boxy nie stanowiło żadnego problemu - co więcej, dostałyśmy naprawdę sporą porcję pożywienia na czas podróży. Dodatkowo, miałyśmy możliwość wyboru między śniadaniem słodkim, słonym oraz jednym i drugim. Ogromnie polecam :)

J'ai réservé une chambre double supérieure avec balcon. Mais pas de balcon (un garde-corps) et une "vue" sur une cours sombre et sale (poubelles et objets au rebut. Je proteste auprès de la réception que cela laisse indifférent.

Che bellezza ! ! Soggiornato solo per una notte, ma sarebbe valsa la pena starci 2 o 3 gg.
Quadrupla davvero grande ! i 2 letti singoli in soppalco, divano e tutti i comfort.
Molto buona la colazione e ottima l'accoglienza, la cordialità e la gentilezza delle ragazze dello staff
Per il parcheggio siamo ad Ortigia, noi abbiamo usufruito del servizio (25€) Car Valet, arrivati davanti all'hotel (ztl) scaricato tutto il necessario, lì c'era gia una persona ad attenderci, ha preso la macchina e l'ha riporta la mattina dopo all'orario da noi richiesto. Controllo, sicurezza e serietà. zero problemi. Godetevi Ortigia, vale la pena, e soggiornate qui, consigliatissimo.

Forse un pò più di cura nella parte che portava alla nostra stanza darebbe un impatto più positivo, ma solo per essere pignoli ! perché è stato tutto davvero ottimo
