Pros:

Great hotel and convenient location. Exceptional communication and clear information on check in, parking and facilities. The room was spacious with double sink in the bathroom, good quality linens and nice pillows.

Pros:

Prédio antigo, situado bem central na ilha de Ortigia, fácil de ir e vir a pé por toda ilha. A rua do hotel, é bem estreita, não se pode estacionar, apenas parar por instantes para retirar as malas do carro. A recepção muito prestativa, o quarto bom, embora o banheiro seja meio antiquado.

Cons:

Não tem elevador, porém não foi difícil subir 1 lance de escada.

Staff gentile, cortese e disponibile. La struttura si trova in zona ZTL e si occupa autonomamente di comunicare all'amministrazione il numero della targa per ottenere il passo giornaliero. Vengono fornite precise informazioni circa le diverse opzioni di parcheggio. Pochi passi a piedi dal Duomo e dalle principali attrazioni da visitare in centro ad Ortigia.
Letto comodo, scuri alle finestre che permettono di oscurare completamente la stanza, nel complesso silenziosa.

Cons:

La struttura è stata nel complesso adeguata, ma avrei apprezzato una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia e ai dettagli della stanza. Non era sporca, ma non trasmetteva nemmeno una sensazione di particolare cura. La camera, inoltre, era abbastanza piccola e piuttosto essenziale, senza elementi che la rendessero particolarmente confortevole o memorabile.

O lugar é bem localizado e aconchegante

Cons:

Não tem elevador. Para alguém que viaja com muita malas ou problemas de mobilidade pode ser um problema. O café da manhã começa somente às 08:00 am. Muito tarde na minha opinião

Excellent stay
Pros:

I spent three nights at the Hotel Gargallo in Syracuse during a business trip.
The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent.
Finally, I truly appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, that among other things accommodated a non-standard request I made.
