Wir waren kurzfristig und nur für eine Nacht dort - aber durch den ganzen Service kam es uns eher vor wie 2 Tage!

We were handed a signed note from staff at breakfast in the final morning, which was a lovely touch

Location is quiet but still walking distance to everything, breakfast was beautifully layed out with option for chef cooked eggs. Staff were meticulous, engaging and made us feel special with every interaction. Wellness centre was above expectations, paired with a great pool and grassy area to spend lazy days with bar Service it ticks all the boxes

Es war in Ordnung, sehr sauber. Wir werden trotzdem nicht wiederkommen, weil es eher ungemütlich war. Von einem Romantic

Die Lage war sehr gut. Wir waren zu Fuß in 10 Minuten am See und im Zentrum von Riva. Auch der Fahrradkeller in der Tiefgarage war sehr toll.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schon sehr eng, vollgestellt mit zu großen Möbeln. Das Bad extrem eng.

Pros:

Perfekt, rolig beliggenhet. Herlig og rent bassengområde. Personalet er fantastiske- de gjør alt for at oppholdet til gjester blir minneverdig og flott!! Parkering rett utenfor hotellet- helt supert!!

Lovely property and great pool. Just a shame the room air conditioning was shut off most of the day.
Pros:

Staff were lovely and very helpful. The facilities are great with lovely pools and a nice garden area where you can get a sunbed in the shade if you don’t want to be in the sun around the pool. Parking was great and plenty of space.

Cons:

Air conditioning was shut off about 8 am every morning in the rooms and not turned on again till 3 pm which meant the room started to warm up when we came back for an afternoon break from the 35 degree heat. The furniture in the room was a bit uncomfortable with a hard and plastic table and chairs. Would have been better to have a desk and comfortable chair or sofa.

Gute Lage mit kurzem Weg zur Altstadt und zum See. Sehr schöner Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und einer schönen Grünfläche mit genügend Schatten. Auch der Innenpool war sehr schön mit Wirlpool etc.
Sehr gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze.
