Mi viaje era para realizar un examen. El personal de recepción es muy amable, me resolvieron rápido y de forma eficiente lo que necesité. Estuve muy cómoda y muy tranquila.
La ubicación, la limpieza y la amabilidad del personal hace que esté hotel sea muy recomendable. Se nota que es un hotel familiar y lo llevan con mucho mimo.
La estancia ha sido muy confortable.
No he encontrado pegas.
La mujer que nos atendió fue un encanto. La habitación estaba muy limpia y era bonita. La instalaciones y el wifi funcionaron perfectos.
La única pega que pondría es que no estaba la nevera encendida pero es cierto que no preguntamos para encenderla ya que no nos era imprescindible.

El personal fue bastante desagradable. Cuando llegamos para hacer el checking parecía que era la primera vez de la recepcionista pues tardamos un montón.
Cuando llegamos la segunda noche la llave no funcionaba y tuve que bajar a pedir otra. Estuve llamando en recepción un buen rato porque no había nadie que me atendiese. Por fin vino un señor a darnos otra habitación. No obstante, a las 7 de la mañana irrumpieron en nuestra habitación y seguidamente nos dijeron que debíamos recogerlo todo de muy malas formas. Nosotras solo seguimos órdenes del señor de la noche, que nos dijo que podíamos quedarnos en dos habitaciones y dejar las cosas en la que no funcionaba pues eran las 12 de la noche y no íbamos a recogerlo con una linterna.
Ademas, el hotel da bastante miedo, pues es muy antiguo.

No funcionaba la máquina expendedora de café ni tenían desayuno ni cafetería, tuvimos que salir fuera a buscar café.
ho soggiornato in questo hotel 5 notti. Mi sono trovata molto bene anche con lo staff che è sempre stato gentile e accorto nei miei confronti. l'hotel è in ottima zona ben servita dai bus, chiesa , mare e per me anche dalla palestra. se vi piace camminare il centro di Cadiz è raggiungibile anche a piedi, ma la fermata del bus 1 è praticamente sotto l'hotel
