Pros:

On a aprecier le professionnalisme de tous le personnel, on a eu un excellent acceuil et même une attention pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Le petit déjeuner était parfait, trés varié et de qualité. Exemple le café Nespresso. On y retournera volontier et je recommande. Bien situé, très pratique pour visiter.

Staff so helpful and friendly, room was very spacious, bathroom excellent, position was great to get to the places we wanted to visit, breakfast was excellent with so much choice.

Le service du réceptionniste qui nous a parlé en Français, la déco et l'emplacement.

Cons:

Het ontbijtbuffet kan beter. Geen spiegeleitjes, geen bacon, geen vers appelsiensap. Het personeel zag niet dat alles moest worden bijgevuld. We kwamen wat later terug van het avondeten en het hotel was gesloten. Toen we aanbelden, was de nachtwaker niet vriendelijk. Bij het uitchequen werd er een rekening voor de kamer gegeven, terwijl die al een week vooraf van de rekening was gegaan.
