Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso una notte meravigliosa in questa struttura. Siamo stati accolti benissimo da Luigi alla reception dell’hotel. Ci ha consigliato ottimi indirizzi ed è stato molto attento e disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre richieste.
Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, che si trova in una posizione davvero splendida e strategica sull’isola di Ischia!

The rooms were well decorated and felt homely.

Cons:

The room smelled intensely of tobacco. The reception staff wasn't very useful or proactive in problem solving. Breakfast was of low quality. The hotspring pool was not in a good shape and our peace was constantly interrupted by all the construction apparatus. There was no elevator and we had to go upstairs with our heavy luggage. To top all of this off, we were asked on the second day of our stay to provide a 10 star review.

Vacanza top, a due passi da casa

Hotel di ottima categoria .
Tutto il personale, molto professionale e simpaticissimi nei modi di pordinnei nostri confronti.
Location molto bella immersa nel verde ma a due passi da alcune spiagge e dalla zona pedonale. Piscina riscaldata con acqua di mare super. Colazione sia nel servizio molto curato che come proposta molto varia e di ottima qualità.
Ben organizzata anche la spa di cui abbiamo usufruito per alcune terapie e per altre proposte di relax e bellezza.
Un grazie a tutti per averci fatto trascorrere una vacanza top ed un augurio di rivederci presto.

Soggiorno eccezionale grazie ad una struttura veramente all'altezza!!!

L'hotel è situato in una posizione ideale consentendo di apoter passeggiare per Lacco Ameno con grande comodità. Le piscine erano ben manutenute. La piscina sterna è dotata tutti i confort : lettini, sdraio,ombrelloni. Inoltre è dotata di un piccolo ma efficiente bar. La colazione è stata ottima con colazione continentale e all'inglese. Devo sottolineare la professionalità del personale addetto sia al bar che quello addetto alla colazione. Inoltre in zona piscina con uno spazio dedicato è possibile consumare la colazione di mezzogiorno consultando l'apposito menù. Anche il personale addetto alla reception è di elevato livello professionale ,sempre pronto a risolvere i piccoli problemi dei clienti con grande disponibilità e cortesia.
