Super consigliato!
Pros:

Tutto perfetto! Un bellissimo giardino circonda la piscina esterna alimentata dall’acqua del mare, lettini a disposizione dei clienti in numero più che sufficiente. C’è la possibilità di mangiare velocemente, ma comunque bene!, presso il bar della piscina esterna. Camere grandi e ben equipaggiate. Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile . Vicinanza al porto di casamicciola e facilità di raggiungere la struttura in poche fermate di mezzi pubblici . Ottima anche la piscina termale interna ! A colazione un buffet ricco sia di elementi dolci che salati

Pros:

Ett mycket trevligt hotell med en underbar atmosfär kring poolområdet och ett perfekt läge med närhet till både bad och shopping. Frukosten var bra, men det som verkligen imponerade var middagarna där man kunde välja mellan olika rätter. Kvaliteten var hög och maten var genomgående väldigt god.
Rummen är fräscha och servicen från receptionen var utmärkt – personalen var hjälpsam och tillmötesgående. Ett hotell vi gärna återkommer till och varmt kan rekommendera.

Fine settimana eccellente
Pros:

Soggiorno eccellente! La struttura è pulita, curata in ogni dettaglio e molto accogliente. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, con tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con professionalità. Ottima anche la posizione e l’atmosfera rilassante.

La struttura è ben attrezzata, curate e molto pulita. Lo staff è gentile e super disponibile, le terme bellissime. Siamo stati nel centro benessere e abbiamo trovato alta professionalità. Grazie mille per l’ospitalità

Attenzione e accoglienza al cliente davvero di livello.

Cons:

Un margine di miglioramento può essere il letto...avevamo in una matrimoniale 2 singoli uniti (anche se la direzione ci aveva avvertiti in anticipo)...questo in futuro si può migliorare, ma nonostante ciò il nostro è stato un soggiorno davvero bello!

Un 3 stelle e 1/4, molto lontano dai veri 4 stelle

L’hotel in teoria e’ un 4 stelle, ma, di fatto, complessivamente si presenta come un buon 3 stelle.

La camera (Comfort, quindi non la categoria base) era gradevole e pulita, con un bagno nella norma. Tuttavia, il phon è piuttosto datato, manca completamente un kit di cortesia e l’illuminazione è insufficiente.

Le principali criticità riguardano i servizi. La piscina termale interna è piacevole, ma non dispone di lettini o aree relax dove potersi distendere dopo il bagno, un’assenza che si nota in una struttura di questa categoria.

Anche la cura dei dettagli potrebbe essere migliorata: ad esempio, la presenza di piante secche all’esterno delle camere dà un’impressione di scarsa manutenzione.

La colazione è piuttosto essenziale e non all’altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle: scelta limitata, frutta acerba e quasi totale assenza di opzioni salutari.

Infine, il personale sembra sottodimensionato. Al bar ho dovuto attendere circa 15 minuti per un semplice caffè prima che arrivasse il barista.

Nel complesso, un soggiorno discreto, ma il livello dei servizi e l’attenzione ai dettagli non giustificano, a mio avviso, la classificazione a 4 stelle, ne’ tantomeno una quotazione cosi alta sulla piattaforma. Si sa che le recensioni, spesso e a tutti i livelli, non sono oggettive. Le stelle, invece, dovrebbero esserlo.

Excellent hôtel
Pros:

Excellent hôtel proche du centre ville. Un accueil chaleureux et un personnel attentif.
Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Une propreté exceptionnel et des abords superbement bien entretenus.
Les dîners sont un régal, tout comme les choix proposés.
