Pros:

Ambiente geral muito bom; o pátio interno, no térreo, com restaurante muito bom (cardápio, ótima qualidade da alimentação a apresentação cuidadosa dos pratos), piscina e mesas com guarda-sóis, é um ambiente muito agradável. Toda a equipe apresenta um serviço extraordinariamente bom, com atenção, cuidado, profissionalismo e interesse real em atender as necessidades dos hóspedes. A limpeza diária é muito boa.

Cons:

A vista da praia é linda, mas o acesso é muito difícil; na lateral do hotel há uma saída para a praia, porém logo aparece uma barreira difícil para idosos ou pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção: uma rampa muito íngrime e uma escada que, embora bem larga e com degraus adequados, não tem qualquer apoio. Depois que a pessoa vence este primeiro obstáculo, há um calçadão, ótimo para caminhada e passeios de bicicleta e patins; mas para acessar a areia, mais escadas, nem sempre seguras e em bom estado; de depois de percorrer alguns metros na areia, o acesso à água ainda é um desafio, porque há um desnível entre a parte superior de areia e onde chegam as ondas. Enfim: vista linda, mas difícil acesso. As ondas são altas; impróprio para idosos e crianças.

Excellent hotel with great staff, an amazing view of the ocean and the best restaurant in town.
Pros:

The staff are the best, especially the woman serving us breakfast. Reception was great. The room was kept clean. The restaurant is awesome. Our colleagues all came there to join us. Thanks for having vegan choices. We had a nice view of the ocean, right in front of us.

Cons:

Have a blanket or two handy for the beds, as it is not easy to keep the A/C from getting too cold. It would be nice to have a free bottle of water each day, robes and slippers would be great. Maybe stick to Brazilian music? It was sometimes too loud, but maybe that's the bar below.

Paraíso à beira-mar em Natal

Hotel de alta qualidade, confortável, muito bem localizado na praia de Ponta Negra, com um ótimo café da manhã. Funcionários super gentis e atenciosos, como a Fernanda e o Paulo. Os pratos do restaurante Manary são criativos e deliciosos! Não conheci o pessoal da cozinha, mas estão de PARABÉNS! Os garçons são excelentes e simpáticos, como o Ezequiel, Bruno, Leonardo e tantos outros! Vamos voltar, com certeza!

Pros:

O hotel é muito bonito, charmoso, com uma decoração memorável. Pé na areia. Comodidades e amenities muito boas. O quarto era silencioso, espaçoso, confortável. Tem serviço de quarto e todo o staff é ótimo e simpático. O restaurante do hotel é realmente sensacional. Adorei a comida, criativa e saborosa. A área da piscina é muito agradável. Também tivemos boas recomendações de passeios.

Cons:

Apenas a iluminação do banheiro poderia ser melhor, como na maioria dos hotéis, então não é nada de mais.

Pros:

La atención de todo el personal fue excelente, desde que llegamos hasta que nos retiramos fueron amables y estuvieron atentos a nuestras necesidades. La ubicación del hotel es un punto clave ya que está frente a la playa y a pocos metros de los puntos comerciales y gastronómicos principales. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.
