Kwaliteit van de (bad-)kamer erg tegenvallend, personeel dacht niet mee.
Pros:

De bedden lagen lekker.

Cons:

Wij hadden dit hotel geboekt vanwege de wellnessfaciliteiten, die van pas kwamen na een dag intensief sporten tijdens het NK atletiek. De wellness was echter gesloten en dit is niet van tevoren gemeld (door Booking.com). Vervolgens liep het water in de douche op onze eigen kamer niet weg, waardoor we maar 2 minuten konden douchen.
De volgende ochtend moesten we al vroeg uitchecken vanwege de 2e dag van het NK en hebben gevraagd of we eerder konden ontbijten. Dat hoefde niet een helel buffet te zijn maar een bakje kwark met wat muesli en een kop thee was al fijn. Dit was niet mogelijk. We hebben dus maar ontbijt bij de AH gehaald, maar vervolgens was er geen koelkast op de kamer om de boodschappen in te doen. Al met al voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

We komen er graag. Prima!
Pros:

Fijne locatie. Lekker ontbijt. We komen er regelmatig en bevalt ons goed.

Slecht bevoorraad ontbijt. Te weinig personeel. De ene loopt zich rot verder op staan ze in een groep te praten. Verbaasde personeelsmensen. Buiten zo mooie locatie. Niet bijgehouden. Niet schoon. Dramatisch

Het niet hebben van een balkon terwijl dit wel op de site stond, de onvriendelijkheid van de dame bij de receptie, de onvriendelijkheid van de dame in het restaurant, de papieren bekertjes, een wesp in de kamer bij aankomst, het niet kunnen gebruiken van de sauna en bubbelbad zonder meerprijs te betalen

De kamers zijn ruim en de bedden waren goed.

Cons:

Het ontbijt viel erg tegen.
Veel van het buffet was snel op en het duurde erg lang voordat het aangevuld werd.
Veel gasten in de eetzaal klaagde hier ook over.
Het personeel was wat chaotisch.

De douche was onregelmatig wat betreft temperatuur en de straal was was wat zwak.
1 handdoek per persoon voor 2 dagen is wat weinig.

Nice stay at a family hotel with great food
Pros:

I really loved the restaurant - the food and the menu was excellent. The rooms were spacious and well designed. I really liked the vending machine in the foyer. The location was wonderful. I liked being able to open the door onto the balcony.

Cons:

I thought that for an hotel of this cost and calibre, that paper cups in the bedroom was offensive. At least proper mugs and glasses would have been more acceptable. There were no amenities in the bedroom and bathroom, other than some soap - shampoo, body lotion and conditioner would have been better. The table in the bedroom was very tiny - I tried to work, but it was very small. The aircon needed a good clean.
