Hotel bom, vale a pena, achei um pouco distante mas não foi problema.
Pros:

Hotel legal, a vista para o lago é sensacional, café da manhã perfeito! Muitos produtos a disposição.

Cons:

Banheiro com uma pequena parte em vidro que não viveria o jato do chuveiro fazendo com o que o banheiro molhe todo.

Pros:

Sehr bequeme Betten!!! Schönes Badezimmer und Balkon mit Seesicht. Gute Erreichbarkeit des ganzen Rigi Gebiet. Schöner Lounge Zugang vom Hotel direkt am See mit Liegestühlen und Couches. Bedienung mit Drinks.

Cons:

Kühler kurzer Empfang ohne Nachfragen der Personalien beim Checkin. Die Dame konnte kein Deutsch.
Keine Infos durch Personal sondern nur Hinweis auf den TV Schirm hinter dem Empfang, da stehe alles.
Zweimal wurde das Zimmer nicht gemacht.
Der Zimmerservice konnte das Schild „Bitte das Zimmer machen“ nicht lesen. Frühstück war um 10:20 Uhr schon abgeräumt am Samstag obwohl bis 10:30 Uhr angeboten.
Nach Mitteilung an Geschäftsführung und einer angemessenen und freundlichen Entschuldigung wurden uns eine Flasche Rotwein und eine Flasche Prosecco übergeben, im Gegenwert von ca. 15 Franken.
Preis Leistung im gesamten stimmte hier auf keinen Fall.

Great place to stay in Lake Lucerne, close enough to enjoy Rigi and far enough from major tourism to enjoy quiet.
Pros:

It’s so convenient! Right off the ferry and you’re right at the local bus stop too :)

Staff were very nice and helpful. Property was lovely with a gorgeous view of the lake.

Breakfast also wonderful!

Cons:

A/C would be nice! It’s difficult to sleep at night if you don’t leave the balcony door open, and even then the blankets might be much.

Goeie ligging, nette kamers en super ontbijt. Jammer dat er geen airco is.
Pros:

Hotel vlak aan het meer gelegen (enkel straat er tussen). 2 eigen restaurants die zeker zijn aan te bevelen. De Tomahawk was “top”. Ook de andere gerechten waren zeer lekker.

Cons:

Geen airco in de kamer. Bij ons bezoek waren het temperaturen boven de 25 gr…Met open venster slapen was geen optie gezien te veel straatlawaai. De bus stopt bovendien net voor het hotel.

Wunderbare Lage mit Blick auf den See und die Hügel. Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber der Schiffanlegestelle. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit Traumblick über den See. Fantastisches Restaurant, wirklich außergewöhnliches Erlebnis im "400 Grad". Fleisch war perfekt, ebenso die Beilagen! Die Zimmer sind schön und geräumig- modern und dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet und alle Mitarbeitenden außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend.
