Wunderschönes Zimmer mit top Service
Pros:

Vielfältige Frühstücksauswahl (verschiede Brotsorten, Weggli, Gipfeli; verschiedene frische Früchte; verschiedene Käse; mehrere Aufschnitte; tolle Konfitüren Auswahl; mehrere warme Speisen).
Top Zimmerausstattung, farblich passend und schöne Möbel.
Tolles Badezimmer - modern, geräumig, sauber, Regendusche, top Frotteetücher.
Sehr freundliches Personal vom Manager (der Herr aus Ecuador) über die Reinigungsdamen bis hin zum Service beim Frühstück und Abendessen.
Können wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

It's a small hotel, very well laid out, two high quality restaurants and incredibly helpful staff.
Pros:

The location couldn't have been better. Convenient for access to the village, glorious view over the lake and parking on hand. We were made to feel at home immediately and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. I would encourage friends to stay there, and certainly intend to return to the area at some point, and will stay at the Riviera again.

Cons:

The only thing that I would suggest is a folder in the room explaining amenities, guest card etc.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, geräumige Zimmer inkl. einem schönen, modernen Bad, sehr gutes Frühstück. Empfehlenswert sind auch die Restaurants im Hotel sowie die gegenüberliegende Strandbar mit einem sehr sympathischen, herzlichen Barkeeper. Kurzum: Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen!

The staff was incredible- the restaurant and bar were lovely. The breakfast was great- tons of options.

It had a smoker smell in the room, the gym could use updating, the saunas are not included
