A nice clean hotel in a great location for visiting all areas around the lake either by car or ferry
Pros:

The rooms were large and clean. Shower was hot with good pressure and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The pillows were not even remotely comfortable. There was a fair bit of noise from the outdoor dining directly beneath my balcony but only until about 10:30 - 11:00 pm. The safe did not work, even after being issued with a key.

Freundliche Bedienung und top Verbindungen mit ÖV (Schiff,Bus)
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am See und bei der Seehaltestelle der Schiffe war einzigartig. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. So gab es trotz Barschliessung zu später Stunde noch einen Schlummertrunk. Die Zimmer waren ausgestattet wie angegeben. Das Kinderbett wurde als zusätzliche Matratze im Zimmer hinterlegt. Passendes Frühstückbuffet um in den Tag zu starten.

Cons:

Ein kleine Vorinfo wie das Kinderbett aussehen würde, wäre von Vorteilen gewesen. Je nach Alter des Kindes ist eine grosse Matratze nicht passend sondern mehr gefährlich. Ansonsten ist der Aufenthalt ohne Fehl und Tadel gewesen.

Pros:

Schöne Aussicht auf den See, gutes mediterranes Restaurant Oliveo, Tiefgarage. Zimmer ist geräumig , gut ausgestattet und lärmgeschützt.

Cons:

Leider steht das Hotel an einer gut befahrenen Straße. Dadurch kann man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen, wenn es heiß ist (keine Klimaanlage).

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in herrlicher Lage direkt am See. Schiffsanlegestelle und Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und ein super tolles Frühstück, welches keine Wünsche offen ließ.
Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Die Straße vor dem Hotel ist etwas laut. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber lärmempfindliche Personen sollten das bedenken.

Beau séjour, l'hôtel est en face de l'office du tourisme et l'arrivée des bâteaux.

La vue depuis la chambre très beau sur le lac des quatre cantons.

Le côté tres détente de l hotel , le bar et l espace restaurant
Ainsi que le parking gratuit

Cons:

Pas de climatisation même si un ventilateur avait été mis a notre disposition (semaine caniculaire)
