A must do if you are in Salamanca- Hacienda Zorita is Amazing! A retreat in this very busy world.
Pros:

This is a magnificent property which is a 20 minute drive from Salamanca. Set on beautiful grounds with vines and stone buildings, it is very luxurious, peaceful and tranquil and the amazing staff make you feel very pampered and relaxed.
The restaurant offers incredible cuisine and a good wine list. Breakfast had a huge range of foods and was delicious.
We were also given a free wine tasting and brief history of the property.
The rooms and reception rooms are lovely, and the staff make the whole experience extra special.
The hotel has an arrangement with a fabulous taxi driver who met us on arrival at the station, and also took us into the town of Salamanca for a day trip so we could experience this charming city.
I would like to extend a massive thank you to Maria, Frank, Ela and Trini for making our holiday extremely special and memorable. We can’t wait to return in the future.

Good location, good food
Pros:

Fantastic location, good ambiance, breakfast and restaurant food very good. Complimentary wine tasting was super interesting.

Cons:

Swimming pool is actually just a water basin, not much for swimming. Beds are on the harder side, even with the addition of a topper.

Pros:

Lugar con encanto, precioso. Para desconectar y descansar. La hacienda está muy bien cuidada, grandes jardines. La habitación inmensa. Personal muy amable. Cocina buena, con opción de comer a cualquier hora. Si te alojas puedes participar en una cata gratuita

Las instalaciones y el entorno del hotel son increíbles. Éramos un grupo grande y la atención fue espectacular tanto en el hotel como en el restaurante. Mención especial para Maria y Fernando que estuvieron siempre atentos a cubrir nuestras necesidades.

Choose somewhere else
Cons:

Recently been purchase and it is not the same vibe. Food and service lacking.
Both the aircon and heating didn’t work
Moisturiser and hand soap were not refilled
Only two pillows on the bed one for each person
Charges to use the coffee machine in the room
Lights on smoke alarm and emergency exit mean at night the room is not dark
The pool was empty and have pain flaking off
