Amazing location and great breakfast!
Pros:

Amazing parking, there was a place to store luggage before check in. The hotel is located right in the centre which was very convenient. We really enjoyed the breakfast there were a lot of options and everything tasted great!

Cons:

The WiFi was not working from our room and in general was very weak in common areas. The rooms are not soundproof and we could hear a lot from the neighbouring rooms.

Pros:

Good location, friendly staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my stay. The room had a stale, unpleasant smell, and I also found bugs in the room. There was no air conditioning, which made the stay quite uncomfortable.
Parking is very limited. I was directed to park at another hotel, which was around a 15-minute walk away. This was particularly inconvenient when carrying luggage.
I also found the breakfast poor, with limited quality and choice, and the coffee was especially bad.
Considering the price, I expected a much better standard. I believe these are important areas the hotel needs to improve if it wants guests to feel they received good value for their money and to consider coming back.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was walkable to a lot of restaurants.

Cons:

The room was dated, not very clean, and had no airflow. There was bathroom fan, so room stayed humid after a shower. The lamp shades were stained, lots of spiderwebs, and the bathroom had a “smell” along with the toilet seat not being on right. Lastly the hotel has very limited parking on site … unless you want to pay at a public lot. You can walk 10 min away and park at a different hotel.
