Cons:

Nossa noite foi péssima, sem ar condicionado, um calor insuportável…não entendo como um hotel 5 estrelas não tem um sistema de refrigeração adequada para os hóspedes dormirem. Quando eu reclamei nos trouxeram um único ventilador que nem ventilava adequadamente para refrigeração 3 pessoas, onde 1 estavam em ambiente separado. Não gostei de ter que pagar um valor alto para passar à noite se abanando.

Krasny horsky hotel se skvelymi sluzbami. Ochotny personal, prijemne SPA, sluzby na vysoke urovni.

Cons:

Skromnejsi snidane. Velmi stara TV se spatnym signalem.

Cons:

Mini défaut sur le jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait pas bien. Eau chaude parfaite mais « pas » de bulles.

The residence was very comfortable

Cons:

We did not know the hotel was closed till after we booked. They charged us the breakfast and it was not available. They did not volunteer lat least a reimbursement of it, specially taking into account the very high price we paid for a day.
