Molto bello l'hotel nel centro storico di Matera, camere pulite e essenziali, vista sulla città eccezionale.

Pros:

Ideally located in the centre of Matera this unique hotel was breathtaking. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was the best we’ve had in recent travels to Italy.

Frábær staðsetning með stórkostlegu útsýni yfir Matera. Það var einstök upplifun að gista á hóteli sem er byggt inn í klettana í þessari sögufrægu og heillandi borg – upplifun sem við munum seint gleyma.

Loftkælingin hefði mátt vera öflugri, þar sem það varð nokkuð heitt í herberginu á næturnar.

Pros:

todo muy bien , personal muy atento
desayuno muy rico y están muy pendientes en atenderte , un poco lentos con el tema de tostar el pan pero bien en general

Cons:

el problema a tener en cuenta que tienes que acceder a pie casi 140 metros , ojo personas mayores o con movilidad reducida
pero cuando llegas al hotel te olvidas del calvario ya que las vistas te impresionan

We stayed at Hotel Sassi and it was a wonderful place to experience Matera. The view was incredible, the rooms were clean and well-kept, and the breakfast was very good. I would recommend it to everyone.

Pros:

It is located in the Sassi, has great views from the hotel common area.

Cons:

The rooms look nothing like the pictures, we were first given a room without windows, even though we booked a Junior Suite. Everything was old and outdated. The bar is okay, but pretty basic. Even the chairs in the common areas were too old!

Schönes Hotel inmitten der Sassi.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt inmitten der Altstadt Sassi di Matera. Mit Blick auf dem Domplatz gegenüber.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Dachterrasse.

Pros:

The vies from Hotel Sassi were spectacular from every point as it’s spread over a large section of the Sassi

Cons:

Had trouble with Aircon in our room but that was fixed the next day when moved to another suite. The staff also brought us a water cooler which worked well enough to sleep by.

El WiFi era mas o menos, el tv era mínimo, sin opciones de Smart, ni nada de eso... justo era época del mundial y no podías ver los partidos por ejemplo
