Le lieu pour la vue , le petit déjeuner, le lit

Cons:

Le lieu pour amener les bagages , pas de clim qui fonctionne ( ils nous ont prêté une petite clim transportable ) l odeur des produit de nettoyage dans la salle de bain , la fermeture du volet

Miejsce w jakim usytuowany był nasz pokój (nr 601) przekroczył nasze najśmielsze oczekiwania-widok na katedrę. Bardzo miła obsługa. Świetny bufet śniadaniowy. Obok recepcji bar, w którym można nabyć aperol i delektować się nim obserwując całą okolicę nocą.

Sono molto soddisfatto del albergo.
Pros:

La colazione è stata favolosa con tante scelte , a parte i cornetti vuoti. La posizione del albergo è ottima .

Cons:

Ci vorrebbe un aiuto di qualcuno del albergo che aiuta ha portare le valigie ( anche a pagamento) al albergo visto un bel percorso pedonale da fare dalla piazza oppure dal inizio del centro storico vista la ztl. Il bagno era piccolo.

Location, location!

Wow what an amazing place. Matera is out of this world! This hotel is right in the Sassi and every room is unique. We parked in a garage recommended by the hotel for EUR 20.00. It was around an 8-10 minute walk from there into the old town. They do provide a shuttle from the garage if you need it at a small extra fee. The cobblestone streets and alleyways are incredible to explore. There are so many restaurants to choose from. Our room had a balcony with a great view. I'd recommend this spot and place to anyone looking at spending a night here.

A localização ê muito boa, próxima da principal praça. O atendimento foi muito bom, prestado prla Viviane, atenciosa e solícita. A vista da cidade, a partir do hotel, é linda !

Es mag romantisch klingen, tatsächlich in einer Höhle in matera zu nächtigen, aber es ist eine Zumutung, feucht, alles klamm, die mitgebrachte Kleidung... Es müßte ständig ein ventilator laufen, also das ganze nicht zum wohlfühlen. Die höher oben gelegene Terrasse sehr schön, mit Blick auf die Stadt. Das Personal freundlich, es wurde uns auch angeboten ein anderes Zimmer zu beziehen, aber für 2 Tage, wieder alles packen sehr mühsam, da wir früh für Ausflüge aufbrachen. Es war auch nicht gekennzeichnet von booking com welches Zimmer wir kriegen, nur allgemeine Angaben es gibt Zimmer in Höhlen.

Cons:

Wohnen in unterste Höhle als hotel eher eine Zumutung (siehe oben). Das Frühstück war für ein gehobenes hotel von nicht herausragender Qualität, kein prosciutto(in Italien) dafür billige mortadella u. Wurst, der käs lieblos in kleine Stücke geschnitten u. Irgendwie hingeworfen, Obst nicht liebevoll ausgewählt... Kenne viele hotels, aber das entspricht nicht einem guten hotel.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich nett und hilfsbereit. Wegen meines Asthmas haben wir sogar ein besseres Zimmer bekommen – dafür nochmals vielen Dank. Alles war sehr sauber, der Kühlschrank war gut mit Getränken gefüllt und das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.
