Consistently praised staff: described as friendly, helpful and professional across several reviews; staff helped with AC issues and were noted for their availability.
Location

Strongly positive: many mentions of ideal, central location close to train, port and attractions and rooms/rooftop with sea views.
Room Quality

Rooms are generally clean and comfortable with good views, but there are repeated notes about small room size, separated mattresses and dated elements (carpet, wear).
