Nooit meer hier naar toe!
Pros:

Helemaal niets. De kamers stonken heel erg naar riool. De lift en ons etage stonk heel erg. We hebben zo slecht geslapen door de stank en de slechte hygiene.

Cons:

De buurt vond ik ook niet veilig. De achterkant van het hotel keek naar een oude wijk. De eten zag er ook niet fris uit. Dit hotel is zeker geen 3 sterren waard. Geef ook geen autosleutels aan de receptie. Ze halen met je auto gewoon hun boodschappen van het hotel. Schandalig!

كان موقع الفندق ممتاز ومناسب، لكن للأسف كانت تجربتي سيئة جداً بسبب سوء تعامل إدارة الفندق. تعرضت حقيبة ظهري للسرقة من قبل أحد أفراد خدمة الغرف، وعندما قدمت شكوى للإدارة، قام المسؤول بمراجعة كاميرات المراقبة والتأكد من صحة كلامي وحدوث السرقة.

بدلاً من دعمي واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة بحق الشخص المسؤول، فوجئت بقيام إدارة الفندق بطردي من الفندق دون أي مبرر أو مساعدة. اضطررت إلى جمع أغراضي ومغادرة الفندق.

لا أوصي بالإقامة في هذا الفندق بسبب سوء التعامل مع النزلاء وعدم توفير الأمان اللازم لممتلكاتهم

unfortunately my experience was very disappointing due to the poor handling of a serious issue by the hotel management.

My backpack was stolen by a member of the housekeeping staff. When I reported the incident, the manager reviewed the security camera footage and confirmed that the theft had occurred.

Instead of supporting me and taking appropriate action against the responsible employee, the hotel management asked me to leave the hotel without justification or assistance. I was forced to collect my belongings and check out.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel due to the lack of guest support and the failure to ensure the safety and security of guests’ belongings.

Nice hotel. Would come back
Pros:

Location was great, walking distance to main attractions. Few local supermarkets around (quite small and with limited choice of food/drinks, though. Found Migros better than BIM or SOK). Kebabs places open till late along the street.
Modern room decor, bathroom nice and clean. Enjoyed the simple, but tasty breakfast. The restaurant staff and hotel personel was nice, helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Cons:

Internet singal was poor on the 6th floor. The fridge was barely working/cooling. No coffee in the room (only tea)

Friendly staff at the reception, always ready to help! I have complained about the room smell, and the noise, they changed the room for the upgraded one.

Cons:

Hotel was no expensive but again they should have provide better breakfast. 4 days we have spent here, exactly the sam breakfast every morning. Only boiled eggs and fried eggs (with spicy veggie leftovers from yesterday) some cheese and salad. No cornflakes, nothing sweet, no milk or jogurt....

My overall stay at the hotel was pleasant. The facilities and services were generally good, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast—it was varied and delicious. The staff and even the other guests were very friendly and kind, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Aside from that, everything else was fine, and I appreciated the hospitality. With some attention to room freshness, this hotel could provide an even better experience.

Cons:

The only issue I experienced was the smell of smoke in my room. I reported this to the reception, but unfortunately, I did not notice any improvement during my stay.
The windows did not have nets, which allowed insects to enter the room easily.
